It is based on a deep analysis of the customer’s needs, followed by the develop-ment of a process of industrialization. After having defined the product’s specific features, our service covers from the compo-nent’s design to its modeling, which is strongly related to the type of materials.First of all, Bear Plast provides structural FEM analysis, CAE pro-cess simulations and prototypes realization; after that, the com-pany focuses its attention on the product’s CAD design working with sophisticated software.

Our goal is to identify, for the customer, the best balance between technical performance and cost and production requests. This is based not only on our experience with techno polymers and the different compounding possibilities, but also on the efficiency of our moulds that are internally produced. Moreover, Bear Plast can count on different solid options of technologies and a wide range of machines.

Con il processo di iniezione si trasformano più di venti famiglie di polimeri, tecnopolimeri e superpolimeri.La gamma include numerosi elastomeri termoplastici, ad un gran-de gruppo di materiali tecnici da costruzione numerosi superpo-limeri ad elevate prestazioni ed una gamma crescente di prodotti a ridotto o ridottissimo impatto ambientale.Attraverso cariche, rinforzi e additivi, il numero delle combinazioni di proprietà è quasi illimitato. La continua ricerca sulle nuove formulazioni, l’esperienza di più di 1000 applicazioni realizzate e la stretta collaborazione con i partner fornitori, ci permette di farne uno dei maggiori punti di forza aziendali.

Through the injection process the transformation of more than twenty groups of polymers, techno polymers and super polymers is possible. The range of our materials includes several thermo-plastic rubbers, a big group of technical materials, different hi-gh-performance polymers and a growing group of eco- and bio-polymers.Adding mineral charges, additives and reinforcements, the num-ber of possible different combinations is almost unlimited. We consider as our company’s main points of strength the ne-ver-ending research on new compounds, the rooted experience in more than a thousand realized applications and the strong colla-boration with our partners suppliers.

Robot cartesiani per la manipolazione dei pezziIl reparto è completamente cablato con una rete che permette l’in-terfaccia di ogni macchina, robot e ausiliario di nuova generazione secondo le specifiche di “industry 4.0” La gestione degli ordini, il programma di lavorazione, gli avanza-menti ed i consuntivi di lavorazione sono controllati da un siste-ma integrato di schedulazione a capacità finita che permette una competa pianificazione e monitoraggio.

Injection moulding represents Bear Plast’s prevailing sector of activity: the company’s machinery is made up of 17 press machines (weighting between 80 and 650 tons) set up for the moulding of techno polymers and other compounds. Among the details that make the difference we highlight: • a great attention to the plasticising screw’s profiles, • a centralized transport and dehumidification system for raw materials and various auxiliary systems for the moulding process, such as electric thermo regulators for hot channels and hydraulic ones for the medium and high temperatures.The managing of incoming orders, the machining program and all the different manufacture steps are monitored in real time by an integrated system of data collection that allows us to optimize our resources through the scheduling with finite capacity.

La qualità è un valore tradizionalmente associato a Bear Plast.Il sistema qualità è certificato sin dal 1998 ed è oggi confor-me alle UNI EN ISO 9001-2015. Il laboratorio interno è ampia-mente dotato di strumenti di controllo definiti puntualmente in base alle specifiche del cliente.I componenti prodotti in Bear Plast sono più di 500 in più di 100 differenti materie prime. Sempre nell’ambito della com-ponentistica tecnica, i settori prevalenti di applicazione spa-ziano dal ferroviario all’elettrodomestico, dall’ automotive all’elettromedicale. Numerosi sono poi gli accessori per pom-pe e filtri idraulici componenti oleodinamici e macchine in genere.

Quality is a traditionally value associated to Bear Plast.The quality system has been certified since 1998 and is today compliant with UNI EN ISO 9001-2015. The internal labora-tory is equipped with control tools defined on time according to customer specifications.The components produced from Bear Plast are more than 500 in more than 100 different raw materials. Still in the field of technical components, the main sectors of applica-tion range from the railway to household appliance, from the automotive to the electromedical. There are also a lot of accessories to hydraulic pumps and filters, hydraulic components and machines in general.
