Usinggooglechrome,enterthefollowingURL(orclickthelinkdirectlybelow)toaccesstheBreezeLogisticswebjobentrysystem.

Thefollowingscreenwillbedisplayed.

WhenenteringyourlogindetailsyourUsernameisyourBreezeaccountcode*,andyourPasswordistheword“password”.Onceyouhavefilledthisoutclickthe“Rememberme”boxandthentheloginbutton.Thiswillbringupthemenuontheleftofthescreenasshownbelow.

*YouraccountcodecanbefoundinthetoprightcornerofyourinvoicesfromBreezeLogisticsasseeninthescreenshotbelow.

ChoosethedropdownmenuBreezeClientPortalontheleftsideofthescreen.

ThiswillopentheClientDesktop.Thedesktophasatabforjobentry/enquiry(default)andanothertabformaintainingdeliveryaddressdetails.

ClientJobEntry

TheClientjobentryscreenconsistsof2parts.

1. Thefilterorselectioncriteriasection(Areamarkedenclosedintheblueabove).Bychangingthebookingdaterange,service,toorfromorjobnumberandthenclickingontheSearchbuttonalistofjobsmeetingtheselectioncriteriawillbedisplayed(asshownbelow).Theselectioncriteriabydefaultissettosearchforjobsdatedtoday.Theclearbuttonclearsallselectioncriteria.

2. Thejobdisplaygrid.(Areamarkedingreenabove).Lookingatthescreenshotbelowwherethereisanadditionalbuttonnowdisplayedattheendofthejobline.• The characteristheeditbutton.Clickingonthisbuttonwilltakeyouintothedetailofthejobdisplayed.Youwillthenbeabletochangethedetailson

thejobifthestatus=Submitted.Oncethestatus=Confirmedthenchangeswillnotbeabletobemade.

Note:Inyourfirstusetherewillbenolistofjobsonlytheterm“Noresultsfound”.Thisisonlybecausenojobshaveyetbeenenteredfromyouruser.

AddingNewJobs

Click toaddanewjob.Thiswilltakeyouintothenewjobentryscreen.AllfieldsmustbepopulatedandyoumustalsoticktheboxagreeingtoBreezelogisticstermsandconditionsinordertosavethejob.

Afteryouhaveenteredthedetailsofthejobandpressedthe button,theconsignmentnoteandlabelscanbeprinted.ThePDFfilefortheconnotewillappearonanoutputbaratthebottomofthescreenasshownbelow

ItisimportantthatyouputtheselabelsonthepalletsthatyouwishforBreezetodeliver/pickup.

FreightAddressesThesystemhasbeensetupwiththefreightaddressesthatyouhaveusedinthelast12months.Ifyoufindthatanewcollectordeliverypointthatyouhaveisnotcurrentlyinthesystemandthisisgoingtobearegularfreightaddressthenyoushouldaddanewaddressintothesystem.

YoushouldcontactBreezeLogisticsifyouareaddinganewaddress.

ClickontheFreightAddresstabatthetopoftheBreezeClientDesktopscreen

ThiswilltakeyouintotheFreightAddressmaintenancescreen.Thisisthelistofaddressessetupagainstyourcustomercode.

Youareabletosearchforanaddressbyenteringsearchtextintothenamesearchfieldatthetopofthescreen.Thesearchiscasesensitiveandalsosupportswildcard

searches.Usethe buttontoeditanexistingaddress,the buttontocopyanaddresstocreateanewoneandchangerelevantdetails,orusethe buttontodeleteanaddressifitisnolongerrequired.
