Allspecificationsandnotesfromanypreliminaryobservationsshould

Allreputablewarehousesandrepairersuseasimpleformtorecordanyfaultsfoundduringatestordailyoperation.Oncefilledoutandtherepairerismadeawareofanyitemsrequiringattention,itisafairlysimpletasktooutlinetheoptionsavailableandtorecommendanestimatedcostforpartsandlaboursothattheauthorisedworkplacerepresentativecanapprovethecommencementandtimingofrepairs.
