PROGRAM AND PRODUCT UPDATES

Training: Parts Inventory Control Management Workshop The Parts Logistics and Learning & Performance groups are sponsoring a two~day workshop offered in cooperation with industry experts from SmartCo Consulting and Training. The course will be held in the regional Learning & Performance Training Centers and is designed to provide practical operational skills that will help drive customer satisfaction and profitability in the Parts Department.

Course Content:

• Parts cornerstones that drive profit and CSI • KPls that will help drive provide and CSI • System setting that will help maximize off the shelf fill rates • Efficient special order part process • Controlling the buildup of obsolescence • Efficient purchasing decision when ordering parts

Please refer to the Parts Training NCA dated May 30th for additional details and schedule .

Paragon ETA Request Enhancements Effective June 16th, all ETA inquiries will be processed through Paragon . ETA requests (VOR, DSO and Stock Order) will be accepted via the Exception Report (YEXR) . Two dedicated PAC staff members will work with Supply Chain Management to provide you with the most accurate information possible.

2014 Service Invoice Carrier Designed to improve your customer's service experience, the service invoice carrier has been updated to emphasize the value of servicing at authorized M-B dealerships. Part number is PSMKG-1111 -GSIVC; cost per piece is only $0.42 plus shipping with a minimum order quantity of 100.
