Marketing and Business Development Manager

Supports Marketing and Business Development: Power, Industrials & LDC’s. Manages all phases of marketing and business development associated with end user customers located predominantly on Enable’s intrastate pipeline systems (EOIT), plus a portfolio of assigned EGT industrial customers located in Oklahoma. Identifies and implements asset driven commercial optimization opportunities by developing and leveraging relationships with field and corporate personnel to enhance working knowledge of such assets. Duties include, but are not limited to: opportunity development, competitor analysis, valuation and negotiations, internal business process review, product design and implementation of current and new marketing strategies for the EOIT intrastate pipelines.

Senior Director Marketing and Business Development

Manages all phases of marketing and business development, valuation and negotiations, as well as design and implementation of current and new system marketing strategies for EGT, with focus on producer customer group.

Pipelines Marketing & Business Development Director, Special Projects

Working with the Producer group and coordinating commercial logistics associated with special projects. Participating in marketing transportation and storage on both EOIT and EGT, concentrating on producer customers.

Manager Business Development

Provides frontline customer contact while supporting all company marketing objectives by engaging in activities that will provide assistance to producer group in contracting for transportation services. Develops and negotiates agreements with producers for incremental new service within areas contiguous to the EGT pipeline system, as well as ensuring efficient renewal process for all existing shipper contracts that match current marketing strategies.

Senior Vice President Field Operations, Engineering, and Construction

Responsible for all executive-level aspects of midstream operations and engineering including, pipeline, gathering, and/or processing operations within the company. Accountable for capital and operating budgets, operational efficiency/reliability, safety metrics, environmental and other regulatory compliance, technology, engineering, construction/maintenance of facilities, procurement, stakeholder relations, and related functions. Responsible for all Engineering & Construction support areas related specifically to the execution of E&C projects and activities. Measurement Engineer

Develops plans and specifications, performs analysis, and provides reports on assigned tasks involving design and construction of new facilities or operation and maintenance of existing facilities. Technically involved in the resolution of all measurement related equipment and all measurement operational problems that may include performing field investigation or inspections, performing design work, and detailed checking of design computations done by others, or general coordination of specific design aspects into a project. Ensures compliance with company, AGA, API, and GPA gas measurement standards.

Manager Compression Assets

Provides leadership and direction for the transmission compression Operation and Maintenance program. Responsible for technical oversight of compression assets and Operation and Maintenance procedures and practices and monitoring of compressor performance, engine and compressor control analyses, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and emissions testing. Plans and manages all Operations & Maintenance (O&M) employees and activities in a region to ensure the operations and maintenance is performed timely, in accordance with quality specifications and within budget.

Vice President Pipeline & Field Services Engineering and Construction

Manages all of the engineering and construction activities involved in natural gas pipeline assets including, pipelines, measurement and compression, dehydration, and processing and treating plants. Senior Vice President, Environmental, Health & Safety and Compliance Services

Oversees Enable Midstream compliance programs relating to public safety, employee safety, and environmental stewardship in accordance with all applicable federal, state, local, and corporate laws, regulations, and procedures. Vice President Environmental and Safety

Director Integrity Management

Directs integrity management program for natural gas pipeline assets. Establishes and maintains programs for integrity management and provides technical and regulatory compliance leadership and guidance regarding all integrity management activities.

Manager Integrity Management Programs

Establishes and manages implementation of the company’s integrity management programs (IMP) including data gathering, quality assurance/quality control, risk and threat analysis, assessment tracking and scheduling, and development and review of IMP related procedures. Ensures that technical work and responsibilities are carried out effectively; assists with development and maintenance of the budget; manages staff; and coordinates with other business units in matters relating to integrity management programs, procedures, and processes.

Pipeline Integrity Engineer Plays a lead role in developing, implementing, and overseeing Pipeline Integrity processes. Plans and schedules Integrity Management Plan assessments, monitors dig progress and performs other technical support functions.

Project Manager Pipeline Integrity

Provides required engineering analysis and evaluation for pipeline integrity projects and assists in maintaining regulatory compliance. Performs integrity assessments and digs, including project management and oversight.

Senior Vice President, System Optimization and Daily Commercial Operations

Responsible for all aspects of pipeline and gathering and processing optimization including oversight and strategic view of short and long term initiatives to ensure overall efficiency and maximization of asset usage. Responsible for the oversight of the organization’s pipeline and gathering commercial operations including system control, scheduling, gas measurement, capacity planning and forecasting, customer support services, contract administration, and storage services.

Division Vice President Commercial Operations

Responsible for leading the safe, efficient operation of pipeline and storage assets to meet customer needs, regulatory requirements and financial targets. Oversees daily and seasonal decisions regarding physical capacity availability and utilization. Oversees the development and management of system tools to support reliability, information flow and new service offerings.

Director Measurement Services

Supervises measurement personnel of the Interstate Pipelines to assure an efficient, economical and safe operation in adherence with company policies and governmental regulations while providing good customer service and public relations. Plans, schedules, assigns, directs, and supervises all measurement work including resource allocation and priority determination.

Measurement Specialist Provides technical support for measurement, pressure, monitor and flow control systems and programs. Develops and or assists in designs for measurement, regulator and other control systems primarily for natural gas applications. Assists with customer support as required.

Gas Measurement Analyst

Serves as a point of customer contact for custody transfer gas volumes, gas quality and gas measurement requirements; analyzes and trends electronic flow and gas quality information; performs gas volume estimates; and maintains meter/station data and validation rules within gas measurement system. Provides for accurate and timely gas measurement data and assists in resolving discrepancies.

Measurement Data Specialist

Utilizes various electronic tools and reports to identify potential erroneous measured volumes and Btu and works with others to correct such data for the Interstate Pipelines.

Measurement Systems Balance Analyst

Provides a specialized technical resource for Measurement Data Processes in the areas of natural gas

and quality determination. Works closely with involved departments to assure quality data flow in and

out of the system. Works closely with Measurement supervisors, technicians, engineers and analysts

in oversight of system balance. Facilitates communication and provides input and solutions for

ensuring effective measurement procedures and contract language. Generates balance reports for

transmission systems. Identifies, analyzes, troubleshoots and determines corrective actions for

system imbalance deficiencies.

Senior Director System Control

Provides management expertise for Interstate Pipelines’ System Control, Scheduling and Measurement departments. Oversees direction of System Control including resource allocation, budgeting, strategic planning, execution plans, management, development of personnel, identification of training needs, prioritization of System Control activities. Assists with pipeline project management, pigging operations, departmental training, document preparation and other duties as required. Supports transportation scheduling and confirmations. Is an advisor to Interstate Pipelines’ Capacity Clearinghouse.

Manager Compliance Supervises, coordinates and assures that compliance requirements of DOT, release reporting and Office of Pipeline Safety are met, and that records are maintained to meet or exceed requirements.

Manager System Control Supervises and coordinates the duties of controlling system flow from entry to delivery; meeting contractual conditions and maintaining system integrity; communicating with external and internal contracts; and troubleshooting system problems.

System Control Coordinator

Gathers and analyzes pipeline data for both scheduled and ad hoc reporting. Responsible for understanding and executing the daily and weekly operating plans and guidelines in the daily operations. This will include utilization of the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition System (SCADA) and adherence to the regulatory requirements of the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the Office of Pipeline Safety (OPS) with respect to the operation of the Interstate Pipelines. Must also have an understanding of the application of North America Energy Standards Board (NAESB) policies and standards in daily business.

System Controller Performs duties of controlling system flow from entry to delivery; meeting contractual conditions and maintaining system integrity; communicating with external and internal contracts; working rotating shifts and troubleshooting system problems.

System Control SCADA Coordinator

Monitors and reviews the Interstate Pipelines’ SCADA system and control room activity to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and internal policies. Supports the Manager of Compliance, reviewing the Interstate Pipelines’ System Control procedures, updating and modifying as needed, performing periodic audits and reviews of the control room documents and activities to ensure compliance with the regulations and policies applicable to the control room, and the SCADA system, and completing and maintaining all associated documentation.

Senior Director Customer Solutions

Provides leadership and direction for Customer Solutions and Volume Control. Manages the coordination of customer support service for nominations, capacity releases, scheduled and confirmed volumes, system balancing, storage, allocations, invoices and overall customer service. Ensures various regulatory and compliance requirements are met. Supports Business Development projects and ensures customer gas management systems are accurate and NAESB compliant.

Manager Volume Control and Analysis

Provides oversight to ensure that proper controls and processes are in place for customer nominations, confirmed volumes, system balancing, storage, allocations and invoicing for Interstate Pipelines. Ensures various regulatory requirements are met for Interstate Pipelines. Oversees that proper controls and processes are in place to ensure the preparation, update, maintenance and integrity of contractual data in the contract system. Executes a proactive customer communication and training strategy for the Customer Solutions and Volume Control and Analysis Teams.

Volume Control Analyst

Performs confirmation of nominations, monitoring receipt, delivery and Operational Balancing Agreement (OBA) imbalances. Works with other pipeline interconnect operators, producers and gatherers to correct imbalances, coordinate confirmed nominations with System Controllers, ensures that tariff requirements are being met, and provides Management, Commercial Operations, Commercial Optimization, Marketing and Business Development with reports and information.

Service/Compliance Analyst

Provides support for Commercial Operations to develop new services, products, enhancements and support customer growth initiatives. Ensures North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB) and Compliance requirements are implemented for ServiceLynx and Interstate Pipeline websites.

Service/Product Development Analyst

Provides support for Customer Solutions to develop new services, products, enhancements and support Customer Excellence and growth initiatives. Implements a proactive customer communication and training strategy for the Customer Solutions Group and external customers.

Vice President Commercial Optimization

Provides overall management and direction for the operation and maintenance of the Interstate Pipelines’ gas storage fields. Responsible for optimization of the gas storage capacity and deliverability, while ensuring the integrity and security of the reservoirs and providing safe operations. Identifies, evaluates and makes recommendations for proposed gas storage maintenance and expansion projects. Responsible for the daily capacity determination and optimization of the Interstate Pipeline assets.

Capacity Optimization Engineer

Leads the development and maintenance of various operating and financial cost tools for the purpose of forecasting daily capacity determination and pipeline efficiencies in the most favorable or advantageous manner possible.

Commercial Logistics Analyst

Works with Management Team to support potential commercial projects and efficient system operations, and optimize available and potential uses of system assets in line with overall company goals and priorities. Performs analysis to determine and recommend action for the optimal use of the pipeline’s assets. Develops and maintains analytical models to evaluate capacity and economic options. Provides recommendations to Management on decisions and actions to optimize overall revenues, capacity and business goals and objectives. Maintains databases related to available capacity, contracted capacity and contract term.

Gas Storage Engineer Provides reservoir and drilling engineering expertise for the operations, maintenance and development of gas storage reservoirs, Provides technical support for the purpose of coordinating storage activities with supply availability requirements.

Manager Reservoir Engineering

Maintains and improves reservoir security and field optimization by providing reservoir engineering and drilling expertise for the existing storage assets and management expertise in the development of gas storage reservoirs. Furnishes detailed reservoir evaluation, field and reservoir designs, cost estimates, economic evaluation and acquisition strategy for potential storage candidates. Assists in the expansion of existing facilities by providing reservoir computer simulations, new well placement and well design.

Director System Planning Development and Supply/Demand Fundamentals

Provides commercial, technical, and analytical support for the development and implementation of current and new business development initiatives to meet the organizational objectives of the Interstate Pipelines. Provides supervisory and interface support for the System Planners on the Interstate Pipelines. Oversees fundamental (price, supply, demand) analyses for use in strategy and economic analysis. Is a member of Interstate Pipelines' Capacity Clearinghouse.

Planning Engineer Prepares technical pipeline project maps using ArcView. Assist in the connection of new wells to the Interstate Pipeline transmission systems. Provides assistance in maintaining the SCADA system historian. Designs additions to the Interstate Pipeline systems using hydraulic simulation software.

Planning and Analysis Manager

Supports all phases of business development including, but not limited to: opportunity development, concept sales and promotion, project structuring, valuation and negotiations support for Interstate Pipelines. Additionally, will provide fundamental (price, supply, demand) analyses for use in strategy and economic analysis.

Sr. Engineer Conducts studies, summaries and models depicting financial and operational impact to assess optimal actions to be taken for profitability and operational efficiency. Reports on pipeline and storage capacity and presents information to management.

System Planning Engineer Responsible for facilities planning and economic evaluation of projects for the Interstate Pipelines. Duties include modeling of pipeline systems, evaluating requests for capacity, designing system expansions, optimizing system operations, and evaluating facility acquisitions and divestitures.

Sr. Director Capacity Optimization

Provides leadership and direction for the System Optimization Team. Develops strategies for achieving revenue targets and determines optimal economic and operation use of capacity and services. Is a member of Interstate Pipelines' Capacity Clearinghouse.

Capacity Management Manager

Responsible for supervising, coordinating and optimizing business operations for the Interstate Pipelines in order to support safe and reliable operations that optimize system capacities, while providing excellent customer service and value for shippers. Capacity Management Scheduling and Operations Analyst

Responsible for monitoring, scheduling and reviewing capacity availability, load and weather forecasts, real-time imbalances, nominations, and system operating status. Assists in coordinating daily operations for the Interstate Pipelines to support safe and reliable operations that optimize system capacities and provide excellent customer service and value for shippers.

Pipeline Maintenance Supervisor

Responsible for planning and managing the interstate pipeline system’s maintenance for both the Enable Gas Transmission and Enable Mississippi River Transmission systems. Coordinating all actions to ensure that each job has been properly documented, planned, and scheduled.

Senior Director Rate, Regulatory & Compliance

Directs the Interstate Pipelines’ compliance with Federal and State regulations involving rate, tariff, certificate, and standards of conduct matters, including various regulatory compliance and reporting requirements. Directs the Interstate Pipelines’ regulatory compliance by effectively communicating Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) regulations and policies throughout the Interstate Pipeline organization. Director Contract Administration and Compliance

Director of Strategic Planning

Responsible for the continuous development and implementation of new strategic initiatives. Leads the process of identifying, creating and executing on business development / acquisition and other related transactions to increase the cash generation, profitability and equity valuation. Responsible for supporting Business Development and Marketing expansions including, but not limited to: opportunity development, concept sales and promotion, project structuring, valuation and negotiations for the Interstate Pipelines. Is a member of Interstate Pipelines' Capacity Clearinghouse.

Data Management Specialist

Sets up, monitors, and maintains EFM/SCADA polling system configurations that provide customers with operational information.

Electronic Gas Measurement Engineer

Programs, certifies operation and tests Electronic Gas Measurement (EGM) flow computers and Remote Terminal Units used by the Company’s System Control and Gas Measurement departments. Supports implementation of gas measurement equipment in field operations, including onsite configuration and installation of equipment for data-collection, monitoring and communication systems.

Manager Integrity Technical Programs

Responsible for pipeline system risk assessment, data integration, Stress Corrosion Cracking program, internal and external audit coordination, and Quality Control.

Pipeline Integrity Specialist

Provides technical support and actively works with field personnel, engineers, technical specialists, regulatory agencies, and other business units to facilitate Pipeline Safety Direct Assessment Projects and the Internal and External Corrosion Control Programs. Provides high level technical expertise for External Corrosion Direct Assessment (ECDA), Dry Gas-Internal Corrosion Direct Assessment (DG-ICDA), Stress Corrosion Cracking Direct Assessment (SCCDA), Cased Crossing External Direct Assessment (CC-ECDA), Close Interval Surveys (CIS) and Coating Integrity Surveys. Coordinates and schedules a team of technicians for Pipeline Integrity projects.

Vice President Midstream Engineering and Construction

Manages all the engineering and construction activities involved in natural gas midstream assets, including pipelines, measurement, compression, dehydration, and processing and treating plants. Includes major project management and engineering support for customer-driven projects and midstream operations.
