Which is depression?

Peter has lost is job. He is sick to his stomach and not too motivated. Over the past couple of days, he has felt guilty and hopeless.

Susan has frequent headaches and has not eaten well for the past month. She struggles to make decisions and is frequently very tired. She feels worthless in her current circumstances.

Mark has had a series of bad days and feels he can’t get a break in life. One challenge is followed by another. He tries to maintain hope but wonders if he can hold on much longer. After some deep breathing, he will call for a friend to help.Make your choice --Click on image

Which is depression?Peter is currently in a challenging situation. He does have some depression-like signs but they have only lasted a couple of days.

Susan is showing signs of depression which have continued for the past month. It is important for her to get some help and possible treatment.

Mark is just having some bad luck. Although he is frustrated, he continues to evaluate life and move forward.

Which is depression?

Tina feels overwhelmed with life. She is often on the road and tries to balance other priorities. Occasional headaches cause her to stop and rest for a few moments.

Betty doesn’t have many visitors and her health is a struggle. She often feels lonely. Her appetite is good and she looks forward to the weekly game night.

Thomas has been eating and sleeping more over the past two months. He has lost motivation for his job and finds decisions difficult to make. The headaches and upset stomach impact his day and he would rather climb back in bed than deal with life.
