This user guide will assist Community Involvement Specialists (CIS)/Community Liaison Specialists (CLS) at the schools with the compilation and submission ofmonthly parental and family engagement data to theDistrict,viatheTIC Web-based System.

Note: The Title I Annual Parent Meeting is held once a year. Therefore, information for item #1 must be entered only one time during the school year, and for the month when the meeting took place. Once the report is certified, the information entered for item #1 will be prepopulated for all previous and subsequent months.

Saving and Certifying the Report

Note: Once all inputted data is verified and approved by the Principal, the report must be certified no later than the 5th school day of the month, as follows:

Once themonthhasbeencertified, thePrintbuttonwilldisplayonthetoprightcornerofthepage.

Note: After the month has been certified you will not be able to update the report. You need to contact the Department of Title I Administration to UNCERTIFY the month.
