ThinkingTypes: Sinceindividualswithpreferencesforthinkingenjoycritique,theyshouldlearntoevaluateanddeterminethetimingoftheircritiqueandexploreothersunderlyingcommitments.
FeelingTypes: Feelingtypesevaluateworth,andsotheyshouldlearntoexploreothersvaluesystems,includingthelogicfortheirpointsofview.
JudgingTypes: Judgingtypeslikestructure,andsotheymustlearntobepatientwithopenprocessesandreachagreementsonclosureneeds.
PerceivingTypes: Sinceperceiversenjoyflow,theyshouldlearntoestablishclosureandreachagreementsonprocessingneeds.
