17. In your expectation, where you will be placed to work if you are accepted?

Ya mungkin ini sih contoh2 pertanyaan yang mungkin dilontarkan ketika interview HR.

Harusnya tidak berbeda jauh. Pesan gw:

  Please answer smartly and don’t spend too much time just to think because you will

be seen like LEMOT and Schlumberger hates LEMOT people so much!

  Don’t be afraid to make an answer, as long as it is logical and acceptable, just answer

rather than not answering it!

  When you have made an answer, please be consistent. You have to defend your

answer, even if the interviewer intimidates you, you have to defend it by creating

logical and strong argumentation.

  Please be confident and tough!

  Please demonstrate strong commitment, toughness, hardworking quality.

  I recommend to use blue fashions! 

  Please don’t be too cengengesan (terlau banyak ketawa and other things those are

cengengesan) 

  Please be brave and courageous! 

  Tunjukin kalo lo udah tau banyak tentang Schlumberger either from researching

from book and web or from asking other people, like you ask me and others.

Ya mungkin segitu aja yang bisa gw share. Intinya sih lo harus berani jawab dan kalo jawab

 jangan kelamaan mikir. Ketika lo uda punya jawaban dan lo rasa logis dan bisa diterima, ya

 jawab aja secepat mungkin. Kalau interviewer lo ngintimidasi lo dengan bilang jawaban lo

salah, jangan langsung jadi lembek dan berubah arah. Lo harus tetep kuat dan

mempertahankan jawaban lo dengan argumentasi2 yang kuat dan logis! Mungkin sekian

pesan dari gw. Semoga membantu teman-teman semua. I’m happy that you guys can pass

the FGD. I wish you the best of luck until the very last step, until you are accepted in

Schlumberger. Good luck for tomorrow HR Interview.
