ABOUT NEPAL FISHTAIL HIMAL
Nepal, officially the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, Is a landlocked country in South Asia. It is located In the Himalayas and bordered to the north by the People’s Republic of China and to the south, east, and west by the Republic of India. With an area of 147,181 square kilometers (56,827 sq. mi) and a population of approximately 30 million, Nepal Is the world’s 93rd largest country by land mass and the 41st most populous country. Kathmandu Is the nation’s capital and the country’s largest metropolis. Nepal has a rich geography. The land extends approximately for 885 km from east to west, and 193 km from north to south. The land In Nepal can be broadly divided into three regions which are Himalayan region, Mountain region and Terai region.
The land rises from the Terai, the southern plains covered with tropical Jungles and fertile farm land at almost sea level to the high Himalayan mountains in the north with valleys and lush hills in between within a distance of less than 200 km. Out of the ten peaks, eight highest peaks lies in Nepal. The Himalayas are the highest mountain chains in the world. About a third of
its 1000 km. Long Himalayan range lies within Nepal. It has a convergence of 1310 magnificent pinnacles and peaks over 6000 meters including the world’s eight of the 14 giant peaks over 8000 meters high. Mount Everest, the world’s highest peak and Kanchenjunga, the third highest peak lies in Nepal.

The formal recruiting process starts once the employer/recruiters issues the workers demand docu-ments in the name of Tinjure Employment Services Pvt. Ltd. On receipt of the original documents from the employer, interviews are organized within 7 to 10 days.
• Documents Required: The following original documents are required for recruitment from Nepal.
1. Demand Letter
2. Power of Attorney
3. Agency Contract (Agreement) Paper
4. Employment Contract (Agreement) Paper
5. Guarantee Letter
6. Consulate Authorization Letter (Wakala)
- for Saudi Arabia
7. Visa Slip - for Saudi Arabia
Note : The original papers from point no. 1 to 5
should be typed in worker demanding company’s
letter head and should be attested from the
nearest Embassy of Nepal and Chamber of Commerce of the concerned country.
Authorization of Documents: On receipt of original documents, we approach the Nepal Government, Ministry of Labor and employment, Department of Foreign Employment for government permission and they may contact you directly to verify these documents. On such occasions we kindly request you for your kind co-operation with this verification.
Interview Process: Once the permission granted by Department of Foreign Employment, Government ofNepal, the following interview process will go ahead:
• Day 1: Advertising in authorized daily newspapers
• Day 5: Pre-screening of all suitable candidates
• Day 8: Final interview of candidates by the employer and trade tests where applicable

• Medical Check Up: All the selected candidates are sent for medical fitness check-up to the authorized medical centers.
• Visa Process and Issue: Only the visa processes of candidates who are medically fit and available for travel are processed. The concerned employer applies for the visa and sends it back to our company.
• Final Approval: On receipt of the visas, Tinjure Employment Services will get final permission/ap-proval from the Department of Foreign Employment, Government of Nepal under the legal provisions in order to recruit the Nepalese worker for the Foreign Employment.
• Orientation: This plays a very important role. We brief all the workers about their jobs, safety proce-dures, the climate conditions, teach them to honor the different religions, rules and regulations of the country, customs and traditions of the other nationalities they will meet and work with. The orientation classes are hold by the authorized orientation centers under the permission of the Department of Foreign Employment, Nepal.
• Mobilization: On receipt of the visas we try to dispatch them as soon as possible and as per our ex-perience we normally send them from the day 7 to 14 days.
• Travel Arrangements: The air tickets can be provided either by PTA or local purchase to avoid de-lay. In all case, we sent all the visa endorsements, passport to the concerned airlines to confirm the schedule flight from Nepal to the nearest airport of the working site. PTA may be sent to any airlines operating from Kathmandu under intimation to us. The Company provides the Airport assistance in Nepal for departing candidates and informs the employer of their departure through fax, email or tele-phone 12 to 24 hours before the departure.
• Departure Arrangement: Before departure, we make them the affidavit to be signed between the worker and the recruitment agency. After signing of the contract with the workers, we make travel arrangements. This also includes handling over all the documents (original passport, air ticket, and orientation certificate to the employee.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Contract Period : Two year
Time of Deployment : As per the mobilization schedule of project
Salary : As per the demand Letter
Working Hours : 8 hours a day, 6 days a week, 26 day / per month
Overtime : Will be paid as per the local labor law.
Leave payment : The amount equivalent to one-month salary will be
given after completion of one year contract as severance payment and
vacation allowance.
Airfare : To be provided by employer on mobilization and demobilization.
Accommodation : Room sharing with other workers will be provided free of storage.
Room will be provided sepratelly for female workers by employer.
Food : To be provided by employer or provided food allowance
Transportation : To be provided by employer
Medical : To be provided by employer
Taxes and duties : To be paid by employer
Insurance : Provided by employer in case of accident/death
Compensation : Provided as per labor law of the respected country.
Note: The above terms & condition can be amended with party’s mutual understanding And benefits
according to market or country situation.
