Responsible for monitoring, managing, and dispatching proactive case requests and providing assistance for Cisco Advanced Services Engineers. Managed recreate requests in queue according to priority levels ranging from CAPs, P1 – P4, and lab tasks. Supported two high touch CAP cases for FedEx and Exxon Mobile for the Solutions Validation Services organization. Built from the ground up and provided ongoing support for complex leaf-spine topologies for Cisco ECATS engineers which included the conversion from using Nexus 7000 to Nexus 9000 series multi-layer switches. Provided very clear and concise case notes prior to handing off the case to the engineer. Used a structured troubleshooting approach for recreate issues from layer 1-3 of the OSI model. Provided clear and concise case notes outlining details of the work done such as the topology, cable diagram, routable IP addresses, and default credentials prior to handing off the case to the engineer.
