You may meet a SOAC animal or enjoy a nature-based activity each Wednesday! Weekly topics are posted online; look for more information on the SOAC Facebook page. October 8th Public Program Family Campfire and Night Hike Join the SOAC staff around the campfire for yard games, friends, and yummy s’mores! We will also have a guided hike with activities designed to increase comfort in the darkness of nighttime. There will be an opportunity to tell/listen to ghost stories at the latter half of the program. Food is first come, first serve. EVENT IS CANCELLED IF IT RAINS. Follow the public program signs. Take a walking lantern tour through selected historic Depot District buildings and learn a spooky tale at each stop. This is an outdoor event. EVENT IS CANCELLED IF INCLEMENT WEATHER.
