The data gathered are data of registered birth from the year
1981 to 2011. The data is from Cabanatuan City Hall. According to
the data gathered, the highest registered birth, on a span of 30
years, occurred in the year 2000 in which the registered birth was
16,601. On the other hand, the lowest registered birth was in the
year 1985 with a total of 6,948. The average registered birth is
12327.As you can see, the behavior of the data is slowly increasing
but there are points in time where there is a sudden decrease, and
then starting to slowly increase again.The concept of the
registration is that a persons birth shall be register in the place
of birth. The agency updates the data, at least, on an annual basis
for the purpose of monitoring and organizing.
