twisting movements.
SERVICE PEDESTAL- Electricity and water supply for
boats;- Lighting for the floating pontoon.
MOORING EQUIPMENT- T-bollard mooring;- Mooring ring.
PILE ANCHORING SYSTEM 20KN- An alternative solution for chain
mooring;- Has been designed for piles
Ø300-400mm;- The design pile load is 20 kN;- Strong hot dip galvanized steel
structure;- Flexible rubber bolted joints.
GANGWAY- Metal gangway up to 12 m;- Timber gangway up to 6 m.
BOAT BOOMS- Boat Booms with rubber or hinge
connection;- With or without timber decking.
TIMBER FRAME- Double side timber beam 70x195 mm; - Strength C24 according to EN 338 standard;- Impregnated (vacuum pressure method),
class: HC4;- Built to required length without visible joints;- All bolts and fittings are hot dip galvanized.
SERVICE DUCTS- Internal, not visible;- Can be installed on both
sides or in the middle.
CONCRETE FLOATS- Hydrotechnical fiber reinforced concrete C40/50: watertight W6,
environmental class XS2, frost resistance XF4 and KK4 according to EN 206-1; - Reinforcement 6mm fully hot dip galvanized C4 according to ISO 1461
standard;- Expanded polystyrene: density 19 kg/m³, strenght ≥100 kPa,
water absorption ≤3%.
MOORING FINGER- Mooring Fingers with
rubber connection.
TIMBER DECKING - Impregnated softwood
decking 28x120mm.
CHAIN ANCHORING SYSTEM- Robust chain fixing set hot dip galvanized.
SOS PEDESTAL- Ladder;- Life buoy with throw line;- Hook;- Fire extinguisher and
cabinet as extra.
