start point. Everyone is unique and you will have your own requirements.

We try our best to custom make our cabins for you.

We keep within the scope of our building method but are happy to look

at your plans and ideas. Thats why we offer a range of finishes and

The price shown on each layout is on our standard building.

The price includes VAT at 15%.

The price includes the construction of the building, but excludes the

transport of materials and labour to the site. These costs will be quoted on

specific to the site location.

The price is for the building itself and excludes all plumbing fittings and

work, all electrical fittings aqnd work, all kitchen units, furniture and fittings.

The price excludes the drawing, preparation and submission of plans when

applicable.

The standard building includes.

- Post and bearer base to a maximum of 1.2m off ground level.

- Internal flooring is 22mm thick pine T&G flooring, unpainted.

- Outside flooring is 22mm thick CCA pine decking, coated

- Walls are timber frame at 2.4m high

- Exterior wall cladding is CCA treated pine 22mm trhick logprofile cladding.

- Interior walls lining with knotty pine, unpainted.

- Roof is formal manufactured roof trusses, gable to gable with pre-coated

corrugated roof sheeting.

- Ceiling is 30mm thick white Isoboard fixed flat under the trusses.

- Doors: Exterior pine doors. Interior doors are white embossed hollowcore

doors.

- Windows are Kayo range meranti small pane windows with glass, no

burglar bars.
