PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

Ascolite Tile Adhesive is a multi-utility premix thin-bed self-curing solution that can be used for fixing and jointing tiles, marbles, stones

and other materials. The material composition results in high strength and durability, giving desired adhesive which also prevents

shrinkage cracks and slippage of material.

We work in accordance to the Indian Standard 15477 and have therefore established and maintained a state-of-the-art

in- house testing and R&D facility which is based at Surat, Gujarat.

Ascolite premixed Tile Adhesive is available round the year, making it easier for the material planning team and facilitating on time completion of work at site.

Easy Application

The product is a premix packed solution containing cement, sand and special additives which only require the addition of water before use, making the application process simpler and easier.

Excellent Adhesion

Due to the special additives and sand gradation, the product texture and quality ensures excellent adhesion and makes it slip resistant, giving it an upper edge.

Longer pot life

Since the premix contains special additives which also contain water retention properties, the pot life of the mix is longer.

Ingredients : Grey-based – Graded River Sand, OPC 53 Cement, Fly Ash, Hydrated Lime and Performance additives.

: White-based – Quartz sand dust, White Cement, Dolomite and performance additives.

Packaging : 25 & 40 Kg Bags.

Storage : Keep in dry place free from moisture and water. Do not leave the bag/bags open.

Shelf Life : Six months from the date of manufacture in the originally sealed packaging and with recommended storage conditions.

PREPARATION & APPLICATION

Pour Ascolite Tile Adhesive into water as per required ratio.

Mixing Tile Adhesive

Rest for 5-10 min and remix again for 2-3 min.

Mix the paste using hand mixer for 5 minutes.

Clean off excessive adhesive between the joints and on tiles

with a damp cloth.

Do not disturb the tiling for minimum 24 hours.

Fix tiles firmly into position with a sliding motion and hammer with soft mallet to ensure a better bond.
