◦ Have the necessary knowledge and courage to make the right decisions for the betterment of the team.

Coaches must have TRUST in the players that they:◦ Will be held accountable for their positions on the field.

◦ Will follow all the team rules and regulations when coaches aren’t present.

◦ Will give the necessary effort to be successful.

◦ Will make decisions with the best interest of the program in mind

Each and every decision that you make has a consequence.

Programs or organizations that make decisions without a set of CORE VALUES cannot consistently be successful.
