Bio “Yesterday's PR is today's IC (Integrated Communications) – an ecosystem of digital strategies, traditional pr, social media, community building, partnership development, and influencer relations all connected through a web of experiences that we bring to the consumer through the media and mediums that she consumes.” Tiffani Carter-Thompson Tiffani Carter-Thompson is a seasoned global communications executive with over 15 years of practice that spans across mass, luxury and niche beauty, wellness and lifestyle, fashion and music, and retail and consumer goods. Her highly creative and strategic acumen has led to the success of many 360 degree global campaigns. From working in-house on the Estee Lauder brand PR team, to leading client groups such as Bath & Body Works, Sephora, Avon, Jergens and Carol's Daughter at Tractenberg & Co., to working on the P&G Olay team at DeVries and running the PR department at Essie Cosmetics, Tiffani’s varied experiences have allowed her to break the traditional PR mold and deliver programs that create lasting connections with consumers, brand owners, media and stake holders. In 2013 Tiffani joined Coty Inc. to lead global public relations, social media and charity for the philosophy brand. As Vice President, Tiffani has spearheaded a number of successful product launch campaigns, including developing the original song “Hope,” written and performed by Natasha Bedingfield for the Renewed Hope in a Jar launch. Tiffani has also been instrumental in creating philosophy’s first brand- wide charity, the Hope & Grace Initiative for women’s mental health, wherein 1% of all USA net proceeds are donated to community-based mental health organizations for women. In 2016, Tiffani organized a first-ever co-branded digital partnership and video with women’s fitness brand Under Armour for the launch of Take a Deep Breath. Her commitment to innovative communications and inclusive leadership has helped philosophy triple its social media engagement and nearly double its media impressions in the last two years. Tiffani is a member of Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) and has been honored with a CEW 2016 Top Talent Award. In 2014 Tiffani received the 2014 Star Advocacy Award from philosophy. A new jersey native, Tiffani and her husband Robert have lived in Brooklyn for the past 10 years, where she is an active member of her community. Tiffani is an avid CrossFit Athlete and recently received Athlete of the Month from her Brooklyn-based CrossFit Gym.
