Mr. Nlzar AI Qannas, a Saudi National has a BA in Eronomics & Political Sdence. Since 1983 Mr AI Qannas has enjoyed a dis~ngulshed career within Banque Saudi Fransi. During tllis period Mr AI-Qannas held a number of positions indudlng Legal & Claims Manager and Retaij Banking Department Manager, dealing with ali branches witllin tlle Eastenn region. Since 199B Mr AI Qannas has held the position of Secretariat General as well as Board of Directors Secretary since 1988. He has also been Secretary to the Executive Committee of the Bank.

Mr. Sharif has over 30 years in banking and industrial investments. He has been

the Chief Executive Officer at Cemena Holding Company since 2011 at which he

was managing the company industrial investment in Mena region including:

Falcon Cement Company in Bahrain and Balexco aluminium extrusion.

Before Cemena, Mr. Sharif was the Head of the Operations Department at GFH

Financial Group where he was responsible for planning, developing and

implementing the bank overall operational management and strategy . He has held

beside GFH, number of senior positions in ‎American Express Middle East &

North Africa, and Standard Chartered Bank.
