2.) There were many kinds of odd animal fossil remains found from the Cambrian Period. What kind of animal in particular rummaged the ocean floor, looked like a

worm, and had 5 eyes? Opabinia

Why did these animals need 5 eyes?As the predators became bigger & stronger

(evolved,) the prey needed 5 eyes to help it spot trouble.

(The prey evolved as the predators evolved!)
