Monday Night Reading Group Every Monday night at 7:30 PM, Pope Francis' encyclical letter, Lumen Fidei (Light of Faith) in the Newman Library. Theology on Tap On November 12 Sister Angelica and Margaret Kish will speak on The Kino Border Initiative at O'Malley's on 4 th Avenue. Arrive at 6:30 PM for the talk beginning at 7:00 PM. The meals were great! 20 HOUR ADORATION FOR LIFE The month of October is Respect Life Month, one of the ways that we are observing this time for a greater respect for all human life from natural conception to natural death is through prayer. Every Wednesday following the Student Mass at 8:30 PM, we will expose the Blessed Sacrament in the Blessed Sacrament Chapel continuously throughout the night and day until 5:15 PM on Thursday. We need at least one person with the Blessed Sacrament the entire time. Sign-ups are in the back of the church. Everyone is welcome to stop by whenever to pray for this intention of the Sanctity of Life. The prayer schedule during this time is as follows: Compline (Night Prayer) - 9:00 PM Rosary (Joyful Mysteries) – 12:00 AM Rosary (Luminous Mysteries) – 3:00 AM Rosary (Sorrowful Mysteries) – 6:00 AM Morning Prayer – 7:30 AM Rosary (Glorious Mysteries) – 9:00 AM Midday Prayer – 12:00 PM Chaplet of Divine Mercy – 3:00 PM Evening Prayer 7 Benediction – 5:00 PM R.C.I.A. He will also examine texts from the Prophet Isaiah associated with the Advent and Christmas Cycle of Readings in the Church's Liturgy. A second Series in the spring semester will examine the Isaiah Readings of the Lenten and Paschal Seasons. Each session will last 1 hour and be held in the Newman Classroom.
