Description 3 family home, 3800sq/ft with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and living room on each floor. House

built in 1917. Large units with tenants on the 1st and 3rd floors. Off street parking with a two car

garage is included. The property is located in the Yale Home Buyers Program down the street from the

University.

Rehab Overview All new vinyl siding will be installed to enhance aesthetic appeal & will help to improve the long term

maintenance of the exterior. New vinyl replacement windows through out, Second floor complete

rehab with new kitchen cabinets and countertops, new appliances, new paint throughout and new vinyl

flooring. Bathroom remodeled with new tub surround, toilet and sink.

Contractors Overview A general contractor was needed to complete this job. They were responsible for all upgrades to the

interior and exterior.
