I received “condolence”-themed memos from a few of you following my “finis”-themed note, but please know that the “death” of these “Blast” e-mails has been greatly exaggerated [corrupting Twain’s quote]; I’m just going to TRY to focus [and shave-away time in the process], as per the [not so] subtle suggestions of a few of you. Attachments provide essays focused on Rush Limbaugh, Jonah Goldberg, Jerry Gordon, and Jim Geraghty.

The backlog of the entire set of “Action-Items” generated since December has been provided without risking “spamming” [including the “finis” pledge], recalling the fact that each is < 2 megs [I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII, XIV, XV, XVI, XVII, XVIII, XIX, XX, XXI, XXII, XXIII, XXIV, XXV, XXVI, XXVII, XXVIII, XXIX and XXX]; they can be searched for key-words. {The prior six months’ entries [“anti-BHO”] will be added [focusing on BHO’s Scandal-Sheet and the effort to defund ObamaDon’tCare, spotlighting Cruz].} More than 4600-pages have been composed during the past year, and the reader is invited to ID any internal contradiction [for there aren’t any!], inasmuch as the secondary-goal has been consensus-development.

In the process, I will dutifully-report personal initiatives that have been made [plus the reactions thereto]; for example, I was somewhat “demonstrative” within GOP-circles [on Friday] when pleading with leadership that “outreach” be maximized, in lieu of “preaching to the converted.” {They know who they are, so it’s unnecessary to convey details herein; the bottom-line is that optimism must not blind R’s from the arduous task of matching the well-honed ground-game of the Dems [on all levels, from national to state to county to township to ward to precinct], an effort that should have been started “yesterday.”} In short, those who wish to conduct “business-as-usual” despite BHO’s relentless pursuit of anti-Constitutional Statism, they will continue to be attacked mercilessly, even if a dozen hyperlinks do not follow each/every assault; that is why Dems who do not condemn him are complicit, and wound-licking [after the TEA Party Movement challenged the GOP-Establishment] is verboten!

Recall again the ability to follow major resources, a list of “regulars” [Keystone Report, Politics PA, Drudge, Breitbart, Real-Clear-Politics, Pamela-Geller, Daily-Alert, Politico, Arlene Kushner, Charlie Shipp, etc.] that has been resolute [e.g., Rush Slammed Deceptive 'Grass-Roots' Efforts to Censor His Show] and, now, enhanced.

For example, Jerry Gordon provides uniquely incisive info available in few other places, noting that three recent entries provide perspective regarding the opposition to efforts to recognize the need to fight a global war against Islamism. [First, he quotes two (contrasting) POTUS-level viewpoints on Islam; second, he details the current plight of the Kurds in Besieged Kobani (a concern raised by Islamic State Assaults City in Syrian Kurdistan); third, he adds the CIA-dimension to Benghazi-Gate.] He seems to have been “heard,” inasmuch as he reports the US has begun to bomb Islamic State terrorists who had surrounded Kobani.

In addition, Ted Belman’s Israpundit [e.g., More French Jews drifting to National Front party ] provides multidimensional analysis of the forces-at-play; discussion thereupon is particularly educational, for it often is provided by well-recognized authorities.

These are quality-thinkers/doers, worthy of emulation.

For an update on the midterms, note how real-clear-politics shifted; Michigan is now a toss-up and a quick-glance @ hyperlinks on the top-five toss-up states reveals the fact that all of the latest polls support the GOP. Other accrued headlines appear supportive of these global conclusions:

As the “beauty-pageant” for front-runner status among the Establishment-GOP for POTUS-’16 continued, JEB BUSH SUGGESTED REPUBLICANS SHOULD PASS AMNESTY IF THEY WIN BACK SENATE [excluding him, in my view, despite the fact that Boehner said Jeb Bush 'would be a great candidate'], Romney in 2016 may be 'a Real Possibility' [despite the desire for fresh-blood, and the lingering faults—such as RomneyCare—that cannot be remedied], and CHRISTIE RALLIED GOP TROOPS FOR CORBETT while DECLARING HIMSELF 2 ND GOVERNOR OF PA [despite the fact that his stewardship of NJ—pensions, debt, Revel Casino, Sandy-$ expenditures—remain problematic].

And, invoking the metaphor [promoted by Gingrich, years ago] that there will be Semi-Finals [between the aforementioned and those who are viewed as insurgents] prior to the “Finals” [between two survivors], the stock of Cruz rose when Cruz [again] won the Value Voters straw poll, despite having been “dissed” by Santorum, who criticized Cruz's comments at Christian event; this is a particularly meaningful concern, because Santorum [who should have left the “stage” years ago] attacked Cruz for inappropriately insisting these individuals support “every” policy Cruz wanted, absent any expression of awareness that support for Jews and Israel is pivotal when fighting Islamism. Also, Carson claimed Anarchy could threaten 2016 vote [“there’s no telling what could happen in just a matter of a couple of years”]; this type of rhetoric will not predictably resonate, despite how it might be justified. Recalling my support for Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker to be on the Cruz-ticket, note that his Rival’s Reply To Serious Accusation of plagiarism May Have Secured Him The Race; also, after a federal court ruling, it is up to Wisconsin to decide whether to continue the [spurious] investigation of Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker. {Regarding this behavior that seems unique to Libs—recalling

Biden—note that STILL MORE PLAGIARISM CHARGES were LEVELED AT CNN'S FAREED ZAKARIA.}

{Also, not surprisingly, Religious conservatives are opposed to Hillary.}

Regarding Corbett, the battle-of-the-polls continues with that of the Keystone Report [Wolf 49 Corbett 40]—notwithstanding the F&M Poll [Wolf 54 Corbett 34]—suggesting the gap has narrowed from more than 20% to less than 10% (citing likely-voters); I had predicted this phenomenon would naturally occur (as people “return” to their parties), and it is probably enhanced by awareness that the F&M Poll showed Obama's Approval Rating Dropped to 31%. Uniquely, Nate Silver’s FiveThirtyEight Graded PA Pollsters, as others view this as The Three-D Election [“distrust, dismay, and dissatisfaction”].

Meanwhile, it seems a controversy erupted when CORBETT ask KANE to TURN OVER RACY EMAILS after AG KANE said STATE POLICE CHIEF and DEP SECRETARY were AMONG THOSE RECEIVING PORN E-MAILS; CORBETT simply reasserted his “AG”-mien ['I've got to give everyone a fair playing field...I need all the facts']. In response, the AG's office answered very few follow-up questions, as Rep. Metcalfe (R) saw 'red flags' with how AG Kane released info; overall, there is a COMPLEX STORY BEHIND AG KANE'S RELEASE OF GOVT PORN E-MAILS, and Micek’s commentary on 'depressing list' was that symbolism just stings.

My comment regarding the state-of-the-race is provided for critique:

I have no doubt that, currently, Corbett is “challenged,” but y’all should know that Bob Asher is not only nearing his $12-million state-wide $-raising effort, but he also withstood ~15-minutes of being peppered with key-concerns [by yours-truly] last week…with aplomb.

Details are irrelevant, for now, but know that we had an “audience” of a half-dozen politicos, as he candidly analyzed the forces-at-play; we were not only provided a window into how insiders think/behave, but we were provided specifics as to which issues raised were justified [and to what degree, including what's being done about them].

I may be able to insert more vowels into my entries than does Chris — and his prediction of a Corbett-landslide may be a bit overblown — but I’ll predict that the NEXT WaPo survey of the chances of sitting-governors for re-election will no longer bury Corbett [despite the wishful-thinking of their resident-libs].

Pro-Corbett ads are being unleashed , and the Inqy’s claim that they haven’t “worked” resembles the self-fulfilling [wishful-thinking] prophesy, for it is impossible yet to draw conclusions [particularly after debate-#1, at which the real Tom Corbett emerged]. Remarkable in his national and statewide scope is the leader of “Let Freedom Ring,” Colin Hanna [mentioned most-recently when he was touted as having helped to arrange for Cruz to speak @ the National Constitution Center, and previous thereto when he

Page 4: Thoughts I [Corbett, Midterms, POTUS-'16, Islamism, Kurdistan, Dershowitz, Illegals, Holder]

praised Rubio’s wisdom] has made a six-figure buy for Corbett; thematic in these ads is the warning that the electorate not fall for a Wolf in sheep's clothing .

Alan Dershowitz continues to repent for prior support for BHO, behaviorally, as he echoes points made herein, both regarding why Israel`s strategy in combating Hamas serves as the blueprint the US should use versus ISIS [explaining why BHO hates BB] and why Israel`s War Against Hamas is justified [invoking the Terror Tunnels as a metaphor, albeit not addressing why this concern hadn’t been detected prior to the onset of the latest hostilities]; his Sirius-XM Radio-Show [Sunday 10-noon on Indie “102”] follows that of Rabbi Elliot J. Cosgrove, Ph.D. [New York’s Park Avenue Synagogue], who engages listeners in discussion around Judaism.

I called-in last week and today [first caller, on both occasions]; because I was cut-off last week [after having praised Dershowitz for agreeing to introduce Cruz @ the ZOA-Dinner and after having advised that GitMo should remain a POW-camp until the Islamists have been defeated], this week’s call was focused on whether he lamented support for [anti-Israel] BHO. It was prefaced by a brief clarification of what Rabbi Cosgrove had said [noting they had just swapped guest-appearances] when it seemed both would not disinvite speakers who are pro-BDS to speak either in a synagogue or on a college campus; when I asked him point-blank if he regretted support for BHO, he said he only would reach that conclusion if Iran got the Bomb [and only then would he agree BHO would have channeled Neville Chamberlain].

He has titled his show “Debate Dershowitz” but, actually, he delivers a uniformly self-serving reaction to whatever topic a listener raises [plugging his “Terror Tunnels” book, in particular]; even as the media are belatedly acknowledging the fact that BHO was too late in realizing Israel is not the major Middle East problem and when reminded of BHO’s problematic UN-Speech [which borrowed Bush's foreign policy lingo, but blamed collapse of peace talks on Israel and failed to dangle renewed sanctions against Iran if it nuked-up], he refused to issue a conclusion based upon all available data [turning to “Frank in Kansas” instead]. Thus, despite his stridently pro-Israel statements and writings (and despite the fact that Dershowitz Declared War on the Soros-Financed Media Matters Site), he remains steadfast in his BHO-support.

I didn’t have time to probe some of BHO’s other activities; otherwise, I would have noted that Cheney Was "Stunned" Obama Invoked Ferguson In U.N. Speech , even as a POLICE OFFICER was SHOT IN FERGUSON last night, one day after the FERGUSON POLICE CHIEF APOLOGIZED TO BROWN FAMILY and PROTESTERS [before any decision has been made by the Grand-Jury]. Meanwhile, Politico’s [lib] take on Race and the Modern GOP is that today’s deep divides are due to the civil rights movement [and not, perhaps, due to agitation by BHO/Holder and their minions]; such agitation is clearly intended to maximize GOTV efforts prior to the midterms, for BHO is behind on other parameters.

Page 5: Thoughts I [Corbett, Midterms, POTUS-'16, Islamism, Kurdistan, Dershowitz, Illegals, Holder]

{At the risk of relapsing from my New Year’s Resolution so quickly}, note that the titles of these articles serve to reinforce conclusions articulated herein regarding how poorly/belatedly BHO is combating this worldwide scourge, the recreation of a Caliphate:

Obama's “exceptional” U.N. address [per Politico] contained little talk of America’s duty to solve the world’s problems. In it, and in subsequent comments by his Presser, he strained to differentiate what he is doing from what Bush-’43 had done; after much hemming/hawing/contradiction [with Hagel/Biden], Josh Earnest now avers "The United States Is At War With ISIL":

MR. EARNEST: ISIL has declared war on the broader international community. And what the President is doing, as he is doing what is expected of the American President, is that he is building and leading in an international coalition to take the fight to ISIL. And that means that the international community is at war with ISIL and the United States is at war with ISIL in the same way that we’re at war with al Qaeda and its affiliates around the globe.

Q: It’s not just a counterterrorism operation, not just a police operation or police action -- it’s a war.

MR. EARNEST: Well, what we’re talking about Bill is we’re talking about a counterterrorism strategy that will apply to this situation that we’ve successfully applied in other places. And what’s important for everybody to understand, particularly your listeners, is that the conflict that the President is talking about and the strategy that the President is talking about is very different than the strategy that was pursued in the previous conflict in Iraq. That we’re not talking about the deployment of hundreds -- of 140,000 American troops to roll tanks across the desert and secure and occupy large swaths of desert land in Iraq. That’s not what we’re contemplating here.

Remember BHO ordered the Army to lay off 30,000 US soldiers and felt Forced to 'get picky' in recruiting; now, the White House won't estimate cost of ISIS war and the MILITARY WILL ALLOW ILLEGALS TO SERVE. Overall, it must be dawning on more and more people that this is a global war against the ISLAMIC STATE.

Note that the Kurds demanded Turkey’s help against ISIS and threatened to halt peace process; Kurdish fighters in Kobani called on Ankara to provide them with weapons and ammunition.

SUNDAY SHOW WRAP-UP [c/o The Hill]: ISIS DOMINATED [September 28, 2014]

Page 7: Thoughts I [Corbett, Midterms, POTUS-'16, Islamism, Kurdistan, Dershowitz, Illegals, Holder]

Obama: Intelligence community underestimated ISIS threat; the president admitted that the United States was surprised at the force behind ISIS. [blame-shifted, again]

Obama adviser Tony Blinken said: Trained Syrian rebels could fight because Assad Moderates are the key to fighting ISIS and pushing Assad out of power; also, White House still wants 2002 military authorization repealed as Congress will be asked for a specific authorization for fighting ISIS. Support for seeking such a resolution ASAP was voiced by Boehner, Rep. Keith Ellison [co-chair of the Congressional Progressive Caucus, who feels a Narrow AUMF could pass, depending on lingo], Kaine, Barrasso and King. {Sen. King also asserted 'Turkey’s got to fish or cut bait.'}

'Somebody's boots have to be on the ground' to defeat ISIS, Boehner said; The U.S. may have no choice but to send in ground troops. Dem Sen. Chris Murphy fears long-term conflict in Syria and warned Obama lacks a "realistic political strategy" in Syria. Tax reform, highway bill 'doable, Boehner said; he will implore Obama to find "common ground" in last two years. Secret Service's 'task is incredible'; Agents reportedly didn't know the White House had been hit by bullets in 2011.

Note how the following rationalizations from NY-Times’ libs echo BHO’s “it’s a tough job” claims” [explaining why I cancelled the Sunday-subscription a month ago]:

--MAUREEN DOWD, on cover of N.Y. Times Sunday Review, "From Pen and Phone to Bombs and Drones: The amazing shift from peacenik to war president": "America failed spectacularly in creating its democratic model kitchen with Iraq. So now we have to go back periodically and cut the grass, as they say in Israel, to keep our virulent foes in check. It is pre-emption. But the difference with President Obama's pre-emption is that there is an actual threat to the globe from a vicious, maniacal army. ... The ex-community activist elected on a peace platform has grown accustomed to coldly ordering the killing of bad guys." --THOMAS L. FRIEDMAN, "Who Had It Easier, Reagan or Obama? Tearing down walls and battling systems of disorder": "In several critical areas, Reagan had a much easier world to lead in than Obama does now. ... The defining struggle in Reagan's day was the Cold War, and the defining feature of the Cold War was that it was a war between two different SYSTEMS OF ORDER: Communism versus democratic capitalism. ... Obama's world ... is increasingly divided by regions of order and regions of disorder, where there is no one to answer the phone."

Regarding Israel, as BB arrives in NYC [and plans a “working meeting” with BHO], self-interest trumped the presumed-split [when Hamas was documented to have attempted to undermine the PA in Judea/Samaria], as Hamas and Fatah [the two most powerful Palestinian political factions] Reached Deal on Governing Gaza Strip, giving the Palestinian Authority a role in governing the Gaza Strip for the first time since Hamas seized control of the territory seven years ago. The reinstatement of the Fatah-led Authority to an administrative role in Gaza had been a central demand for the U.N. and foreign governments to ensure potential donors that the aid necessary to rebuild the territory after this summer's war with Israel will be used for reconstruction rather than for armaments. {Ominously,

Page 8: Thoughts I [Corbett, Midterms, POTUS-'16, Islamism, Kurdistan, Dershowitz, Illegals, Holder]

perhaps mirroring BHO’s projection for Dems, PR giant (Burson-Marsteller) dumped Israel and signed Muslim Brotherhood.}

Palestinians now admit 'Hamas Wanted Us Butchered So It Could Win the Media War Against Israel'; nevertheless, Hamas Claimed Victory After Operation Protective Edge after the truce that was called following a 50-day war that led to Gazan devastation (death toll of over 2100 people, nearly 500,000 displaced persons and rubble lining the streets where buildings used to be) merely by claiming Israel didn’t defeat it.

"This culture of racism, incitement and hatred was glaringly manifested in the despicable, appalling crime committed months ago by fascist settlers, who abducted the young Jerusalemite boy Mohammed Abu Khdeir, burnt him alive and killed him."

[IMRA: The Jews responsible for this terrible crime were detained by Israel and are now on trial and "settler Rabbis" called for the DEATH PENALTY to apply for the murder of Mohammed Abu Khdeir. In sharp contrast, Mahmoud Abbas insists that any Palestinian who murders an Israeli should be RELEASED.]

"Foundations of the State of Palestine that we want: a sovereign and independent State living in peace and building bridges of mutual cooperation with its neighbors; that respects commitments, obligations and agreements"

Famed chef Emeril Lagasse says that it’s becoming all but impossible to be a successful restaurateur in America today. The government just gets in the way too much. Lagasse specifically singled out the current president’s policies.

“It’s becoming a very challenging industry to become a very successful average restaurateur,” continued Lagasse. “I can’t charge $300 a person in my restaurant or I would not be in business. Am I using any different ingredients? Not really. Am I using any caliber of service staff? I don’t think so. I think our service is as good or better than most places.”

Page 10: Thoughts I [Corbett, Midterms, POTUS-'16, Islamism, Kurdistan, Dershowitz, Illegals, Holder]

“And then you add all the Obama nonsense to what it’s become in the last several years. I don’t have anything against Mr. Obama. I’m just saying the way that, you know… the government should stay out of things. [...] Pretty soon, they’re going to wipe a lot of the middle restaurateurs and restaurant cooks. [...] If it continues, then watch: you’re going to have high-end, and you’re going to have fast food, and you’re going to have chain restaurants.”

Lagasse shared his thoughts on TNT’s On the Menu. He predicts that if the government doesn’t start getting out of the way, the American restaurant industry will split and leave entrepreneurs and start-ups behind. American restaurants will consist only of high-end establishments like the ones Lagasse owns, fast food and chain restaurants, because no one else will be able to succeed.
