Gymnastics- Use words such as rolling, travelling, balancing, climbing Dance- Chooses appropriate movements for different dance ideas
Using mats children to balance and hold for 5 seconds. Using a piece of music (dingle, dangle scarecrow) children to learn the dance.

Football tactic games, where children retrieve he ball from their opponents.

Dance- Shows some sense of dynamic, rhythmic and expressive qualities in their own dance
Using their bodies create balances and movements in a variety of ways. Discuss what is meant by tense, curled, relaxed and stretched. Using a piece of music (dingle, dangle scarecrow) children to change some of the movements to create their own expressive dance.
