YOUTH MINISTRY1. PLMC Youth Ministry December Camp

The Youth Ministry of Paya Lebar Methodist Church will be organising a year-end Youth Camp: CAMP OASIS 2016. This year, in line with our church’s direction to foster a safe space, we hope to inspire our youths to journey together through camp to discover our safe space with God, with

our church community, and learn how to be a safe space for others.

Pastor Janet Buchanan is an anointed servant of God, ordained under John G Lake’s Ministry in the USA. She served in the Methodist Church for over 30 years until God called her to pastor a church in Oklahoma City,

USA and led her to minister in the nations for the last 20 years.

A woman after God’s heart, Pastor Janet’s desire is to see the bride (the church) prepared for the Lord. Many have been blessed as she released God’s word prophetically into their lives. Deliverance, healing, signs and wonders have also been witnessed in her ministry. In Singapore, she has ministered to various house groups, churches and marketplace ministries.

1. Christmas is around the corner. PLMC has been invited by the community leaders of Braddell Hts Zone D RC and Punggol CC (where our Hope Student Care Centre is located) to co-host two Christmas community carnivals. It will be an excellent way of sharing God’s blessings and love in the community. Let us pray that the PLMC family will step up and step out

to serve together in these two events generously and faithfully with the servant heart of Jesus!

2. Pray for our Christmas outreach events with the migrant workers on 24 Dec (Bangladeshi and Indian) and 25 Dec (Chinese). May these sojourners in our land experience God’s embracing and welcoming love through our church family and find the church a safe place - a home away from home -

and come to know the Saviour soon!
