Friday November 11th Community Eucharist Preacher and Presider: Rev. Dr Leslie Callahan Dr Callahan is the fifth pastor, and first female pastor, of St Paul’s Baptist Church, Philadelphia, where she has served since September 2009. She holds a BA in Religion from Harvard University/Radcliffe, a M.Div. from Union Theological Seminary, and a PhD in Religion from Princeton. Dr Callahan is visiting Yale Divinity School to offer an intensive course in the Transformational Leadership program, and we are very glad to welcome her to Marquand Chapel.

Damien Sneed rocked the house when he led worship at Marquand Chapel last semester, and we are delighted to welcome him back! He is a multi-genre, award-winning

recording artist. In 2014 he received the prestigious Sphinx Medal of Excellence, presented annually to emerging Black and Latino leaders in classical music. He has also garnered attention in a wide range of other musical been featured in the New York Times for his work in various genres. He has served as music director for GRAMMY® Award-winning gospel artists, including The Clark Sisters, Richard Smallwood, Donnie McClurkin, and many more. He is a graduate of John S. Davidson Fine Arts School, holds a B.Mus in Piano from Howard University, a M.Mus in Music Technology from New York University, and an Honorary Doctorate of Sacred Music from the Christian Bible Institute and Seminary.
