Congratulations to Carissa & Kent Giebrecht on the

birth of their son! Clark Beno Giesbrecht who was born on Monday, October 23

rd weighing 8lbs 2oz and

measureing 21.5 inches. Proud grandparents are Gordon & Alvina Penner. We celebrate with you in this precious gift from the Lord.

Current Missions at MAC

This morning we welcome Stephen Siemens to our service, presenting in our Missions Moment. Stephen is the chaplain at Boundary Trails Health Centre, providing spiritual care to the people who access its services. Thank you Stephen for your commitment to the spiritual health of our extended community.

Community Events

Day for Girls. We will be sewing shields on Monday, October 30th from

1:00 – 4:00 p.m. at the Morden United Church. We need sewers, tracers and cutters. You will also need clips as we can’t use pins to hold the layers together. (No sergers required.)

Men’s Prayer Breakfast Fridays - 7:00 a.m. Morden Motor Inn

October 31st join Providence College in celebrating the 500th anniversary of Martin Luther nailing his Ninety-Five Theses to the door of the Schlosskirche! John Stackhouse, Jr. (PhD, University of Chicago), the author of numerous writings will be speaking regarding what the Reformation is about, and addressing the question: “Do We Need Another Reformation?” For more info: see the poster at the Community Bulletin Board.
