This step by step guide will show you each step of the housing application.

To access your Housing Application, please select the “Housing and Dining” link via the “Campus & Community” tab in DrexelOne.

On the Housing and Dining Portal, select “Housing Application” to access your housing application screen.

Select “Apply” next to the 2021-2022 University Housing (Quarter) application to get started.

If you are a semester student, you will see 2021-2022 University Housing (Semester).

Select only the terms you wish to contract for the

2021-2022 academic year, you may always add terms,

however, students who wish to cancel a quarter must follow cancellation

protocols.

If you are a semester student, you will only be able to pick from the Fall,

Spring and Summer semesters.

Select “Save & Continue” to move to the next step.

All students are asked to complete the living style questionnaire,

regardless of preferred roommate.

The Housing and Residence Life office will utilize the answers of

your living-style questionnaire to pair you with your roommates!

Once this is complete, select “Save & Continue” to move to the

next step.

Select your housing preferences during this step.

Please select at least 2 preferences. Our office will

utilize the preferences listed on this step to assign you to

your 2021/22 housing assignment.

Once this is complete, select “Save & Continue” to move

to the next step.

This step is an OPTIONAL opportunity for students who wish to live among students with whom they feel most comfortable, extending beyond individuals of the same gender.

Students who are notinterested in Gender Inclusive Housing should select “Save & Continue”.Students interested in learning more about Gender Inclusive Housing students should check the box located on this step before moving to the next step.

For students who checked the Interest box on the previous Gender Inclusive Housing step, this is the next page you will be directed to.

To participate in Gender Inclusive Housing you will need to check the box on this page before selecting “Save & Continue” to move to the next step.

This step allows students to review their contact information. For changes, students

should update their information via DrexelOne.

Students are required to fill in their Housing Emergency Contact information at the bottom

of the page before selecting “Save & Continue” to move to the next step.

Students with a health condition or disability that require a housing accommodation should carefully read this step.

Select “Save & Continue” to move to the next step.

Please utilize this step as an opportunity to review the highlights of the Housing

Agreement you will sign on the next step.

This step highlights the cancellation process and list the terms that you contracted for.

For semester students, you will see the semesters you chose and

the semester cancellation fee schedule.

Select “Save & Continue” to move to the next step.

Please carefully review the housing agreement in this step. You are able to download a PDF file of the agreement from this step.

By entering your student ID number (i.e., 12345678) and selecting “Save & Continue”, this step will complete your housing application.

You will receive a confirmation email once you complete this step.

After the completion of your Housing Application; you will receive a confirmation email, and this will complete your Housing

Application for the 2021-2022 academic year.

Roommate Matching Main Page

There are 3 roommate matching options located at the

bottom of the page that you can utilize to help match you

with other students participating in roommate

selection.

The next slides will have details about each tab listed.

Please Note: If you select “Return to Roommate Management Page” on any of the tabs it will direct you back to the

Roommate Matching Main Page.

Tab: Search for Roommates by Known

User

You are able to search for a known roommate by

entering their last name and userid (i.e., abc123).

You can request them as a roommate (1), send

them a message (2), view their profile (3), and see the similarity percentage

based on your Living Style Questionnaire (4).

Tab: Search for Roommate by Lifestyle Questions

You are able to fill out the Personal Profile questionnaire

and search for roommates that share similarities in their

Personal Profiles.

Once you search, you will have a list of potential

students pop up that match your profile.

Once finished, select “Save & Continue” to finish the

Roommate Matching Process.

Tab: Suggest Roommates

You are able to search all students who have

completed a 2021-2022 housing application that

you have a high matching percentage with.

You can request them as a roommate (1), send them a message (2), view their profile (3), and see the similarity percentage

based on your Living Style Questionnaire.

Finally, you will arrive at the Application Status that contains the date you

started and completed your application (1), the term(s) you registered for (2), and a

link to the housing agreement (3).

Please Note: The mailbox combination will not appear on this page until you have

moved into your assignment.
