1. Taxes and freight not included. 2. All forms submitted, including UPC and sales receipt, will not be returned in the case of a denied claim. Please retain a copy of all documents submitted. 3. This offer is not valid on replacement parts, used parts, service kits, parts not in original packaging or on orders placed on eBay or Amazon. 4. This offer applies to the purchase of a NEW Eaton Detroit Locker, Detroit Truetrac, ELocker or Posi performance differential by a consumer. 5. Dealers do not qualify. 6. Offer good on purchases made within the USA and CANADA only. 7. Any requests with an invalid or undeliverable mailing address will be denied. 8. Two (2) rebates per household. 9. Purchases cannot be combined. 10. Eaton reserves the right to reject claims that are submitted incorrectly and/or do not meet the requirements of the rebate. 11. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. 12. Groups or organizations are not eligible. 13. Eaton is not responsible for lost or mis-labeled claims. 14. Rain checks will not be honored. 15. Requests for rebate must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase. 16. Please allow two to four weeks for delivery of rebate. 17. Hand written sales receipts will not be accepted. 18.
