About Consortium

This project is funded with support from the European Commission " Legal disclaimer: the contents of this material is the sole responsibility of implementing partners and can in no way be taken to reflect the views of the European Union“.

A consortium represents a group of potential bidders which present a common offer. The cooperation between the partners is provided on an oficialized agreement, previously completed and signed by all consortium partners.

This is included as a distinctive part in the project offer and it is established on:

technical and administrative responsabilities of the parteners;stages, activities, objectives, final results, monitoring documents, deadlines, parteners responsabilities and the total sum required;actual contribution of each partner as financial efforts, materials and human resources, in each and every stage of the project;categories of results on each stage and how they’re used by partners;means of identification, assignment and exploitation of results by parteners.

In case of partnership projects submitted by consortia, consortium partners designate by consensus a project leader,

respectively, a person which:

provides project management;submits project proposal for the competition;represents the relationship with the contracting authority, being the contractor of law;also the person will ensure the effective and efficient communication of administrative, technical and financial problems between the group and the contracting authority.

Basic objectives of the consortium

One of the Consortium’s objectives is establishing and supporting collaboration between members. The colaboration is oriented towards developing joint projects in education, research, culture and arts. Consortium members will maintain contact and will support collaboration between staff, students, institutions and research centers.To achieve this objective, the consortium members will coordinate their research and teaching activities of mutual interest.
