SELFY is a project about enabling Enabling young people to lead
and be enterprising so that they can become full, equal and
productive members of society. The key to SELFY is that we are able
to create a coaching methodology and approach which supports this
mission in all countries of the European Union and beyond. This

SELFY is a project about enabling. It is supported with the
SLAM! Model already tested and very successful in UK, Birmingham
which is now experienced its application in other different social
and economic contexts in the sphere of EU youth. This Project is

SELFY builds on The SLAM methodology SELFY builds on The SLAM
methodology this develops leadership and entrepreneurial qualities,
experiences, attitudes and skills -QEAS (soft and hard) and is
specifically designed to engage peripheral learners. The impact and
success of SLAM is evidenced through independent evaluation, case
studies and users feedback (youth organisations, educators and
learners). This Project is co-funded by the European Union

SELFY builds on The SLAM methodology Internal, external and
independent evaluations of SLAM have praised its : a ) Flexibility
and adaptability for environments and learners ; b ) Ability to
raise leadership and entrepreneurial skills through practical
utilisation of them by learners. SLAMs pedagogical base enables
youth organisations to focus on the learners needs, aspirations and
abilities when shaping the learning pathway. Social Enterprise West
Midlands, the West Midlands Institute of Directors and the
Birmingham Chamber of Commerce have praised and promoted SLAM after
1000 participants present a very successful results. This Project

BRIDGING TO THE FUTURE (BTF)-UK BTF with head office in
Birmingham is an incubator for social enterprises and SMEs; it has
grown from specific expertise in education, business (large,
corporate and small enterprises) and training we now work to
develop functional programs that can engage and develop individuals
into a productive role in society. BTF offers all necessary support
to individuals or groups who wish to start a business or a social
enterprise or a community project. Within this support we offer
office space, technical support, micro-investment and business
development as well as coaching and training. Part of our delivery
portfolio is delivering training to many different groups and have
coached disadvantaged people extensively in order to cut
dependency, and develop their aspirations and abilities so they may
create/find employment. We work within a large network of schools,
charities and social enterprises within Birmingham and the UK and
we aim to evolve our models so that they can be replicated in other
communities with similar beneficial results. This Project is

INNEO Poland INNEO Creative Development Studio is the
association acting in Rzeszow (Poland). INNEO was founded on the
initiative of 20 people who decided to work for the education,
culture and social development. For nearly two year prior to the
registration, INNEO acted as simple association, carrying out
activities such as lectures, workshops and classes on a variety of
topics. The main objective of the association is to provide
education, training and research for social and economical
development. The staff of INNEO consists of members with knowledge
and experience in various fields e.g. culture and art, science and
entrepreneurship. Despite that INNEO is a new association, it has a
network of contacts, both on local and international level. The
activities of the association is aimed at both the young and
adults. The association consists of persons who have knowledge and
experience in this area of activity. The staff of the association
consists of qualified persons, with knowledge and experience in the
area of project management. Among the staff there are persons
experienced in the Lifelong Learning and Youth in Action program.
The association involves members with experience in conducting
training courses (IT and entrepreneurship) in framework of Polish
program Human Capital. The association cooperates with institutions
acting in field of education and research (representatives of local
SME sector, business environment institutions, associations acting

CRESEM-SPAIN Entrepreneurs Union Foundation Cresem is a
non-for-profit foundation, representing the entrepreneurs
collective within the Region of Extremadura (Spain). CRESEM is
collaborating at policy level and technically supporting the
successful implementation of the Integral Action Plan for the
Employment, Entrepreneurs and Enterprises (PLAN -3E) which aims to
boost the regional economy through the entrepreneurship and
business initiatives. This Agreement looks for changing the
productive model in our territory in order to improve and make
easier the creation and sustainability of the business fabric.
CRESEM collaborates as tutoring entity for the students of the
University MBA on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The role
of our foundation is to connect students and businesses to develop
their internships improving the entrepreneurship sector to be more
competitive on CSR matters. CRESEM is also registered as Labour
Insertion & Prospection Office (IPO), developing a project in
collaboration with the Regional Public Employment Agency of
Extremadura (SEXPE) fostering the labour insertion, apart is an
official VET provider for courses on Business Management &
Finances and Management Assistance and lately has been developing
the Business Angels of the Southwest of Europe-BASE Networking to

GALVOCIUS LITHUANIA Is a non-governmental organization that
focuses its attention and directs its activities towards different
social groups of society (children, youth, adults, socially
sensitive and vulnerable people) by creating, developing and
implementing: Alternative methods for non-formal education;
Solutions for reduction of social exclusion; Professional
competence development initiatives in particular for non-formal
training of professionals of education and social integration. Our
mission to carry out socially useful and beneficial activity of
non-formal education designated to children, youth and adults, as
well as to people with special needs and other social groups in

training, sport, culture, socialization and social integration

TEMPO - Czech Republic TEMPO is the biggest private training
organization in the Czech Republic. Operating in the field of
adults training and vocational education and training since 1996,
TEMPO gained an excellent portfolio of experience and professional
expertise. Currently composed by 3 independent divisions, this

human resources and implementation of EU development projects.

ACADEMY OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP ASTIKIETAIRA-GREECE The Academy Of
Entrepreneurship (AKEP) is a non-governmental, non-profit
organization, with an innovative and authentic character, trying to
meet the new challenges of the modern labour market as its first
priority. It is determined to cope with the new reality created
within the economic crisis in an effective and consistent way, on a
national, European and global level, and aims to provide answers at
a rapid but constant pace and on a theoretical and practical level,
regarding the challenges that arise every day and make
entrepreneurship seem uncertain and risky. AKEPs ultimate goal is
the development of the appropriate conditions, to make start-up
entrepreneurship, safe and tempting. AKEP was founded in 2007 by
the historical Educational Association of Athens HFAISTOS and it
works closely with the GEW Host in Greece the Federation of the
Hellenic Associations of Young Entrepreneurs. Its main objective is
the cultivation of the essential entrepreneurial attitude and
transfer of the necessary knowledge to young entrepreneurs who are
entering the labour market and to already active entrepreneurs,
wishing to establish themselves and expand their operations in
Greece and abroad. In April 2014 the Academy of Entrepreneurship
organized the Startup Europe Roadshow in Athens. AKEP has been a
national partner of the Global Entrepreneurship Week in Greece
since 2008. As a member of the Entrepreneur Envoy Global Network,
and recently of the European Association of Development Research
and Training, AKEP is fully aware of the requirements of the
European labour market, transferring this knowledge to the
participants of its educational programmes. AKEPs latest success is
its nomination as the official STARTUP NATIONS Greece National

SELFYs expectations SELFY aims to transfer The SLAM Model, an
