To calculate the mould price, the user needs to

complete these forms, one by

one.

CalcMaster works with a unique rating system, which determines the mould price by rating a wide range op product properties.

The new interface with i-Know Moulding makes CalcMaster faster and more easy to use.

i-Know Moulding can be started directly

from the CalcMaster main window

The product is imported as STL into i-Know Moulding

With only one single click, the mould

creation process is started

The suggested mould geometry is generated automatically

i-Know Moulding raises warnings on possible problems during the tooling

based on this geometry

If needed the user can edit the mould creation process manually

The new version of i-Know Moulding can extract CalcMaster parameters

Back in CalcMaster, the parameters can be imported

Open the parameter file, that

is exported by i-Know Moulding

Most of the input that is needed for Calculation has been supplied by i-Know Moulding

The parameters from i-Know Moulding are translated automatically into the

CalcMaster rating system

The user can edit and configure the proposal by CalcMaster

Like for example, the our rates of the employees

On the Calculation Form, the final mould price is displayed
