Citation preview
This is who I am.
Financial Success and Work
Success is easy for me.
I am productive and efficient,
rather than obsessed with
perfection in my work.
I am financially secure and prosperous
I am forward thinking
and focused on the future impact
of my present actions.
I am financially prudent and
invest in myself and my assets
over material possessions
and wasteful expenses.
Identity
I am not who I used to be.
I live in the peaceful awareness and
stillness of the moment,
and not in my mind.
Nothing I think or do
is bound by my past.
My self-worth,
self-esteem,
and self-belief
are sacred and empowering
tenets of my identity.
I am worthy of my dreams and goals,
I feel good about who I am,
and I belief in myself entirely.
I am connected
to my inner-voice
and my purpose.
I trust
my inner voice.
I know
and respect my vices,
limitations,
and inhibitions.
The inner-peace
of my soul Is intact and unshakable
I am grounded in who I am
and do not get lost in my feelings,
thoughts, emotions, and ideas.
My shadow days are over.
I am self-reliant, and I am reliable.
My security comes from
my confidence in myself
and the prosperity
of my endeavors
I do not fear life.
I do not fear change.
I am the hero of my own story.
I am a man of integrity
and character.
I am responsible in my duties
and faithful to my priorities.
I have what I need
to do
what I need to do.
It’s my job to be my best self for me.
I am not directionless, lost,
or without a clear purpose.
I am blazing my own trail.
I am not unsure of myself,
nor am I uncertain,
nor am I insecure.
I am sure of myself,
I am certain,
and I am confident.
I am not content to pity myself.
I confront my problems head-on
and take appropriate action
to address them.
I am deliberate and effective in solving
and resolving my problems.
I take my life seriously,
but not myself.
I accept that the past could not have
been any different.
Autonomy and independence
I alone am empowered
to define and fulfill
my happiness, self-worth,
and self-esteem.
I am rational, independent,
and self-interested
in my thoughts and actions.
I alone create and define
who I am
and what’s important to me.
I do not let anyone else
define what happiness and success is
for me.
I alone
define what happiness and success
looks like for me.
I am true to myself and do not conform
to the perceptions of others – as they
are, as I desire them to be, or as I
imagine them to be.
I do not change who I am
to make others like me
or to please others.
I’m just not a people pleaser – and this
helps ensure I am first and foremost
pleased with myself.
I am a self-governing being,
free from external influences,
and outside control.
Health and Wellbeing
My body
is the most important vessel
in the world,
and I treat it accordingly.

I enjoy sex
but understand that it comes with
precautions and responsibilities.
Mission and Goals
I plan my future
to maximize
my happiness,
self-worth,
and self-esteem.
I turn my dreams into goals.
and I recognize that dreams, ambitions,
and desires are nothing without goals.
I plan my life for me,
and I set goals to succeed
for my own personal happiness and
wellbeing.
I have clear
daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly
goals.
I am clear in my mission
and congruent in my goals.
I contribute to humanity
in my mission.
I review,
consider,
plan,
and work on my goals
daily.
I plan my day ahead
according to my goals and values
and I review each day’s progress as I
plan for the next.
I am both
patient and persistent
in working on my goals
to achieve my dreams.
I make the highest use of my time.

are the constructs
of my own thinking.

and abundance.
On time and in due time.

I do not entertain insecurities.
I appreciate
the beauty
nature has given me.

are extensions of me
and I adorn them
with meaning
and rich symbolism.

than to be an atheist,
an agnostic,
or a theist.

and prayer.

in my fulfillment
rather than
temporary
and unsustainable
pleasure.

and do therapeutic
activities.

both true relaxation,
and peak experience and flow.
Arts,
culture,
and music
are a large component
of my social life.
I pursue goals, activities and passions
as a King
as a Poet
as a Philosopher
as a Warrior
and as a Lover.
I spend quality time in nature.

in empowering,
enriching,
and challenging
environments.

and am there for them eternally.
I have clear and worthy expectations
for my conduct

in my life.

meaningful,
and lasting connections
over superficiality.

and am unafraid
to make new friends.
I seek out mentors
and I mentor others.
I make people better
for being a part of their life.

and of others,
so that I may live free.
I don’t depreciate my value
in my eyes
or in the eyes of others.

and enjoy laughing
and making others laugh.
