Dirt, Gravel, and Low-Volume Road Maintenance Program Completed Project Summary
Brief Problem Description: A 3’ round culvert in a ~9’ bankfull channel. Structure is failing, and is prone to overtopping and sediment deposition at inlet requiring regular cleanout. The pipe is on HQ Janders Runs, immediately upstream of a 12’ bridge for a PennDOT road, and about ½ mile from emptying into Oswayo Creek.
Brief Project Description: The existing 3’ structure was replaced with a 9.5’ with box culvert.
