During the Third Party Inspection on 15thFebruary at our Site,
its being found that one of the Double Sheave Rope Pulley has
failed during the TEST LOAD applied. A SWL Indicated on Pulley was
2.5 TON, but during the Test Load Reached at 3 TON, A Threaded
portion of hook got elongated and its failed.Other Details as
