The Certificate program consists of 43 credits, which takes approximately 3-4 semesters. in our program, please attend an

Orientation, then fill out the

admission forms to

be enrolled into

Phoenix

College.

Complete Prerequisites

Register for the six prerequisite courses

listed below. These courses must be

completed with a grade of “C” or

better prior to being accepted

into the Core program.

Submit Documents & Apply

Once you have successfully completed all

the prerequisite classes, you will need

to gather several documents and

apply to the Core program.

You will also interview

with the Program

Director.

Fingerprint Clearance Card

Proof of Health Care Provider CPR certification

Drug Screening results
