Think IT OMG Group Think IT Opportunity Management Group (OMG) is an

in-person, roundtable based discussion networking group designed for IT leaders at all levels that are "in transition" and senior IT leaders that are currently employed and possibly hiring.

Think IT Association was founded in 2009 and currently has over 1,000 members in 6 different groups. Each group meets on a monthly or bi-monthly basis in an informal, roundtable format with a different leader from the group facilitating each session.

Mission: “To foster professional growth and development through the power of networking and collaboration.”

Tips for preparing for an interview Interviewees: Check The Company’s

Twitter! Presumably you've done your due diligence

prior to heading to your interview. On your way in, tap on Twitter and the company's website one last time to see if there is any company breaking news you might be able to relevantly reference. It’ll make you seem interested, informed and help you stand out from other candidates

Interviewers: Don’t forget about the soft skills!

 There may be a dozen candidates who meet the job’s technical criteria, and only by considering the job’s soft skills can interviewers decide between otherwise equally qualified candidates.
