Over the years, there have been different times where employees have been able to show their
pride in working for Wesley Living by purchasing and wearing shirts with the Company logo.
The shirts and logos have changed over the same time. There has never been any consistency
of when we would be able to find the time to put together a brochure and order form.
The Company is always looking to serve more individuals than the day before. To assist in
accomplishing this goal, we began developing branding and marketing strategies that include
personal appearance. That branding resulted in the issuance of 2-3 shirts/sweater (depending
on an employee’s scheduled hours) to all current employees as of September 2019 as well as all
newly hired employees. The initial set of shirts required at least one of them to be a standard
dark blue item. For the branding to be successful, employees must maintain the apparel in a
manner to meet the Wesley Living Employee Handbook Personal Appearance policy
requirements and the apparel provided is to be worn at least three days a week. While we
want to give the flexibility of which days the apparel may be worn, there is an expectation that
a Wesley Living shirt/sweater be worn every Friday and also other days for any applicable event
when representing the organization, such as conferences, marketing events, etc.
Besides the items provided by the Company, we have also opened TheStore@WesleyLiving
where employees may purchase additional apparel with more color choices to fit your
personality or other items with the Company logo. This brochure will provide a listing of the
items available to purchase. Employees may submit a request at any time, however, an order
will be submitted upon meeting some order minimums. Employees must make payment in
advance of the order and may use payroll deduction in accordance with the Payroll Deduction
Form guidelines.
Additionally, all employees will receive one standard dark blue shirt/sweater per year after
their first year.
How do I get my free item or place an order? Please click on the applicable link below to submit your requests. Once your request is received, an email will be sent back to you with the total amount due. You will receive emails to keep you posted on your request including when it is being shipped to your home. Remember to check back regularly for new items!
