Project Name: Acquisition App Store (AAS)

Program Description: AAS enables Acquisition Program Management Office (PMO)and Staff personnel with “one-stop shop access” perform standardized day-to-daylifecycle management of acquisition programs with reporting as a by-product for well-informed decisions from OSD and Air Force senior leadership.

Objective: Provide systems integration, sustainment, maintenance, and modifications to AAS

Scope: The Contractor shall provide platform and app development, systemintegration, technical support and consulting services to the Program ManagementOffice for implementation, operations and maintenance, and day-to-day support for theAAS program and AAS requirements. Project Name: Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS)

Program Description: ARMS is the Air Force authoritative system for frontlineaviators and parachutists, to record and calculate aircrew training information such asdue dates, frequency, and accomplishments for all training events. ARMS provides AirForce Instructions (AFI)-mandated aviation qualifications and training requirements,safety of flight currency requirements, go/no-go qualifications, individual flying hourtracking, aircrew experience level tracking, aeronautical order management and careerflying gates and incentive pay tracking. The Air Force uses this information to enhancethe safety-of-flight operations and determine whom to select for specific missions.

Objective: System sustainment support

Project Name: Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments (DCAPES) Integration and Infrastructure Support

Program Description: DCAPES Increment 2B provides capabilities the United States Air Force(USAF) warfighter needs to support the entire conflict continuum – from major combat operationsand campaigns; to smaller scale contingencies and crisis response operations. It enables the AirForce to posture trained and equipped forces, organized in effects-based operational capabilitypackages, to deliver effective aerospace capabilities to the Joint warfighter. DCAPES enableswing/base planners to support and execute the missions of planning, presenting, sourcing,mobilizing, deploying, accounting for, sustaining, redeploying, and reconstituting forces within thewarfighting commanders’ required decision cycles. The mission of DCAPES is to support Joint andAir Force Adaptive Planning and Execution (APEX) needs by enabling the warfighter to rapidlyrespond to a Combatant Commander’s (COCOM’s) force requirements. Provide real-time commandand control (C2), planning, and execution information supporting the USAF manpower, personnel,operations and logistics force presentation and execution processes while providing a singleintegrated data environment to project aerospace power anywhere in world.

Objective: Provide infrastructure and integration services for DCAPES

Scope: The contractor will be responsible for supporting the establishment of Governmentenvironments and coordinating with the Capabilities Integration Environment (CIE) on themanagement of the resulting capabilities which will reside in the CIE or other designatedenvironment(s). Capability providers (developers) will employ the resulting DCAPES environments todevelop, test, and deploy capabilities into a User First Look area for Government evaluation. Thecontractor will provide the services necessary to assist capability providers in successfully deployingcapabilities into the CIE environments and insuring compliance of products with Governmentrequirements including security and interoperability. The contractor shall support other Government-designated hosting environments such as DISA Cloud Services to develop, test, and deploy WPEcapabilities. The contractor shall assist the PMO in the determination of the appropriate life cyclemanagement tools for Requirements Management, Project Reporting, Document Management, andcollaboration with stakeholders.

Program Description: NexGen IT is an IT-hosted capability that enables future Civil Engineer ITcapabilities. This product is comprised of a NexGen IT application consisting of integrated moduleswith embedded/configurable best business practices and capabilities in Real Estate, Energy,Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Project Management, and SpaceManagement. Real Estate Management is the process of managing space and transactions at aninstallation and consists of four sub-processes: Manage Transactions, Manage Space Occupancy,Manage Contracts, Conduct Move Planning and Management. This function is a key driver in theexecution of plans from Project Management, as well as a provider of feedback into the developmentof future plans

Objective: Support data conversion from legacy systems to NexGen IT, support deployment of the system to 184 USAF installations and sustainment support services of the NexGen IT application

Scope: Provide data conversion support, deployment of system to USAF installations andsustainment services. NexGen IT is in the process of being deployed to 184 Air Force installations.This effort involves conversion of data from the legacy systems (ACES/IWIMS) into NexGen IT. Thedata readiness and conversion process for each installation starts 6 months prior to actualdeployment of the system to the installation. It also involves providing data conversion reports on aweekly basis based on this 6 month schedule for each installation. These tasks occur for 1-2installations “going live” on a weekly basis. The schedule is also broken into 5 distinct sets ofinstallations called “Waves.” This deployment started in June 2016 and is expected to take up to 3years to complete. Sustainment services will include baseline change requests for enhancing currentcapabilities, compliance activities (CFO, RPIM, Blue Book, FISCAM), determining gap analysis forfuture capabilities, database management and Help Desk level II and III support. Certified IBMTRIRIGA expertise is required.

Program Description: TMIP-AF champions the AF specific requirements on the TMIP-Joint andfollow-on enhancement program efforts. The program trains and equips medical forces fordeployment and supports electronic health care records for deployed and AeromedicalEvacuated warfighters.
