Instructions

1. Print the first page of the pdf.

2. Remove the printed page from the printer.

3. Insert the printed page into the print tray printed

side up with the printed half of the paper closest to

the printer.

4. Print the second page of the pdf.

5. Remove the paper from the printer and fold in

half.

These instructions and the logo will not print with this card.
