Dyeing Procedure:

1. +t first the fa!ric is padded with dye solution using a!oe recipe in a three !owl padding

mangle.

2. Then the fa!ric is dried at 100°C temperature in dryer. ,or dyeing' infra red drying

method is an ideal method !y which water is eaporated from fa!ric in apor form. Thiseliminates the migration of dye particles.

). Then the fa!ric is passed through thermasol unit where thermo fiing is done at a!out

20°C temp for /0-%0 seconds depending on type of fi!re' dye and depth of shade. (n

thermasol process a!out -%0 dye is fied on fa!ric.

&. +fter thermo fiing the unfied dyes are washed off along with thickener and other chemicals !y warm water. Then soap wash or reduction cleaning is done if re"uired.
