barrier behind fireplace wall. Blue around recessed light indicates they are Non IC
(Insulation contact)
Recommendation: Recessed lights are confirmed to be non IC. Replace the fixture
with IC can. This is the biggest return. If access proves possible from attic install
rigid air barrier such as Isocyanurate behind the chimney build out.
