Advantages of Wind Shield Rotor

• Reduced air friction helps in reduction of heat and noise

• Reduction in air friction helps in reduction of power consumption. By using relatively less powerful drive motor and refrigeration system. with non wind shielded rotor which often needs 400V, 3 phase supply with approx 2.5 times more power consumption

• UNIFORM TEMPERATURE - Due to wind shield (close environment) the temperature accuracy and uniformity is better which results into high quality components. (The WHO Cold Chain Project defines the need of uniform temperature during the complete process)
