• El sistema Mapryterm® esta basado en la colocación de placas aislantes de poliestireno expandido
(EPS), ancladas mecánicamente al soporte.
• Una vez están ancladas las placas aislantes en la superficie, estas se revestirán mediante una
membrana impermeabilizante de aplicación en frío con Poliurea Fría
• El sistema Mapryterm® es un sistema de aislamiento térmico acústico colocado por el exterior, de la
zona a aislar e impermeabilizar, es la solución idónea en lo referente al aislamiento e
impermeabilización de cubiertas ligeras, además con diferentes alternativas en los acabados y con una
gran prestación en cuanto al aislamiento térmico de la cubierta.
• Las aplicaciones del sistema Mapryterm® valen tanto para obra nueva como para la rehabilitación y es
un buen recurso para mejorar la eficiencia energética del edificio dotando de un eficaz funcionamiento
térmico y minimizando las posibles pérdidas de energía.
• El sistema Mapryterm® lo podemos visualizar por todos los continentes incluso en zonas
medioambientales secas como protección del calor.

Note: Depending on the type of Mapryterm® which is chosen, different types of syntetic
membranes of cold Poliureas may be recommended, achieving different finishes like rugged or
smooth.

Mapryterm®-ONDA System Mapryterm®-ONDA system is constituted by the in-situ coupling of a Cold Poliurea membrane applied in
liquid, to a thermal insulation EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) panel which follows the wave of the already
built roof, thus achieving water and thermal insulation with a continuous system.
Mapryterm®-ONDA is a covering water and thermal insulation system fully recommended to renew old
industrial roofs made of fibercement type Onduline and specially to block the asbestos which was
previously used and is now forbidden by the EU authorities.
The system of application of Mapryterm®-ONDA is very easy and simple and it does not require any
intervention to the existing structure. The system is screwed on the existing roof. Note: Each type of roof has its ideal fixing system and the ideal number of screws will be determined by the traction force which is typical of each type
of material.

Application Fields
The different models of Mapryterm-ONDA® can be adapted to any type of ondulation of fibercement
covers, be it heavy termination or auto-protected, complying with the established requirements in the
norm UNE 104402 for the waterproofing of roofs.

Mapryterm®-GRECA System Mapryterm®-ONDA system is constituted by the in-situ coupling of a Cold Poliurea membrane applied in
liquid, to a thermal insulation EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) panel which follows the wave of the already
built roof, thus achieving water and thermal insulation with a continuous system.
Mapryterm®-GRECA is a covering water and thermal insulation system fully recommended to renew old
industrial roofs made with fretted metal sheet (Pegaso type).
The system of installation of Mapryterm®-GRECA is very easy and simple, it does not require any special
intervention to the existing structure, it is screwed on the existing system.

of each type of material.

Descriptive memory
Flat roof not passable, extensive garden, composed by:
• Insulation formed by a Knauf Therm Th35 SE insulation board.
• Waterproofing with sheet with a cold polyurea PS-300.E adhered to the support without joints or overlaps.
• Anti-root membrane, consisting of a black low-density polyethylene artificial sheet to prevent penetration of roots into the
impermeable membrane.
• Drainage system with water tank, consisting of a double-sided panel made of reinforced recycled polystyrene, with
excellent load capacity (280 kN / m2).
• Lightweight Green Roll (HTC GR) Wool 40mm virgin rock mineral, based on long fibers specifically sewed to form a
compact and non-deformable felt that guarantees excellent water conservation and retention (29 l / m2), and one Good
growth medium.
• Tepe Sedum-mix, biodegradable, consisting of 10 to 12 different species of sedum
• Drip irrigation system formed by anti-rooting pipes with droppers every 50 cm Regaber type placed between the Green
Roll substrate (HTC GR) and the Tepe Sedum Mix
