Helping customers in need
Learn about our low-income customer assistance programs.
At Pennsylvania American
Water, we believe fresh, clean
water is a resource that should
be made available to everyone.
That is why we offer a program
to provide assistance to
low-income families.
For more information The H20 Help to Others ProgramTM is administered by Dollar Energy Fund (grants and discount) and Conservation Consultants, Inc. (water-saving devices and education), which are independent, non-pro t organizations established to help those in need. There’s a lot more to your water bill than
just water. When you turn on the tap, it’s easy to see what your water bill buys. What’s not as easy to see is what it takes to bring that water to your home. The facilities that draw water from rivers, lakes and wells. The miles of pipeline that are constantly replaced and upgraded. The plants where your water is treated and tested. The scientists, engineers and maintenance crews working day and night to make sure that it’s always there when you need it. And every time you make a water payment, you help make it all possible.
Water: Quality, care and value delivered in every drop.

At about a penny per gallon, your water bill is one of the lowest household bills you pay. However, we also know that our bill is not the only bill customers pay each month and understand that some may need nancial assistance to keep the water owing.
