The Subjunctive Mood

The subjunctive mood may be found in different kinds of sentences, such as unreal conditional sentences or some other clauses.

I.The subjunctive mood in unreal conditionals

Three types of unreal conditionals:

(1) opposite to the present facts (NOW)

(2) opposite to the facts in the past (PAST)

(3) opposite to the facts in the future (FUTURE)
