So Jesus answered and said, "Assuredly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or brothers or

sisters or father or mother or wife or children or lands, for My sake and the gospel's, (NKJV)

(Romans 1:16) For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God

to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also

for the Greek.

(Galatians 1:11) But I make known to you, brethren, that the gospel

which was preached by me is not according to man.

The Gospel Must Be Obeyed!(2 Thessalonians 1:7-9)

and to give you who are troubled rest with us when the Lord Jesus is revealed from heaven with His mighty angels, in flaming fire taking vengeance on those

who do not know God, and on those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. These shall

be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power,

Serious Warnings to Christians!(Galatians 1:6-12)

I marvel that you are turning away so soon from Him who called you in the grace of Christ, to a different gospel, which is not another; but

there are some who trouble you and want to pervert the gospel of Christ. But even if we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other

gospel to you than what we have preached to you, let him be accursed…The Gospel Will Be

Politically Incorrect

Some Observations• Any deviations from the one gospel is a different gospel.• Different gospels exist today just as they did then • Even good, well-intentioned people, believers or

churches may teach or follow a different gospel!• Different gospels can be taught by people with good

morals, deep convictions, great knowledge, high education, people of great influence (i.e. angels, apostles)

• It is the responsibility of each and every Christian to discern between the one true gospel and different gospels.

Being Religious Will Not Help

(Matthew 7:22-23) "Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we

not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you;

depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!'

(Galatians 3:24) Therefore the law was our tutor to bring us

to Christ, that we might be justified by faith.

Tutor = Teacher = Schoolmaster

(Romans 15:4) For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience

and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope.

(1 Corinthians 10:11) Now all these things happened to them as examples, and they were written for our

admonition, upon whom the ends of the ages have come.

We Are Called By the Gospel

(2 Thessalonians 2:14) to which He called you by our gospel, for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
