What is THEWS? THEWS means muscular strength. The Therapeutic Exercise at Workspace is an ERASMUS+ funded project which has developed an exercise program aimed at office workers. Exercise specialists, Orthopedic Doctors, Stress Management Specialists, IT professionals and HR Advisors grouped together to develop customized exercise protocols. How can you benefit from THEWS? THEWS can be applied in the office during working hours enhancing well-being and productivity at work. The effectiveness of the program in reducing symptoms is proportional to the commitment of the employee to completing the exercises.
