What is THEWS?
THEWS means muscular strength. The
Therapeutic Exercise at Workspace is an
ERASMUS+ funded project which has
developed an exercise program aimed at
office workers. Exercise specialists,
Orthopedic Doctors, Stress Management
Specialists, IT professionals and HR Advisors
grouped together to develop customized exercise protocols.
How can you benefit from THEWS?
THEWS can be applied in the office during working
hours enhancing well-being and productivity at
work. The effectiveness of the program in reducing
symptoms is proportional to the commitment of the
employee to completing the exercises.

A group of experts developed various exercise protocols demonstrated in short length videos. The application will guide you to the exercise protocol which is more suitable for your symptoms.
No special outfit or equipment is required. Perform the exercise while seated at your office or even in the car waiting at the traffic lights.
Try this protocol and you will notice that after some practice you will be able to execute it properly and you will gradually develop appropriate posture while seated at the office.
