    Nature Of the Human Bonds

    Assumptions

Capability Means Ability To Fulfill Needs (goals)

Human Capabilities are basically of Four Types Viz

    Physical,Professional, Social,and Spiritual in the

    ascending Order

Thus Like in Electronic Theory Of Chemical BondingPMSS can be viewed as Four Shells of Ascending

    Energy(Effort)

    Rules

    Rule 1

If the Needs Of the Lower Shells are not

met (saturated) the HigherNeeds Will not

be pursuedThus if a person is not healthy,or not in a position to

maintain him physically,he will not be in a position topursue intellectual/or social or even spiritual goals

(Saturation Levels are entirely Subjective, ofcourse)

A rational person will only encouragerelations that promote the attainment of his

unmet needsThus for a person successful in business basic physical

needs will not have much charm-he may look for thesewith a certain flourish too.Or a successful leader cannot

be swayed byordinary physical or intellectual or even

    social incentives

    Rule 2

    5/17

    Rule 3

A Person at a given level of unmet needswill look upto anyone above(ie those who

are over saturated in these needs him tofulfill needs)

Thus a labour seeks support from his employers

A writer seeks patronage from publishers

An aspiring Leader seeks patronage of hisPolitical Mentor

For most people in society certainrelations are permanent, some semi

permanent and the rest are temporaryFamily relations are mostly permanent in mostcivilised societies worldwide while Nature ofEmployment,Clubs ,Credit Card Memberships,

Relations are Strengthened by Trust and

Fulfiment of Expectations. Trust and Trustworthiness create favourable conditions

for strengthening relations, lack of these create adverse

conditions for a relation and each cycle of fulfilment of

    expectations strengthen the relations

    Rule 5

Organisations are Like Individuals with its

    Own SS PP Structure

    Rule 6

    Rule 7

All Things Equal, People/Organisations With Higher

    Saturated Shells Demand Specific Transactions/Services

from those with Unsaturated Needs Who In turn seek

Generalised Rewards (such as Money/Position etc)

For Such Generalised Rewards We will use the Term

    Transaction Currency

Equillibrium Consider a small town with two

communities X and Y both competing for

    Establishing EducationalOrganisations,say Schools (S)and

    Colleges(C),we will write:

    X+Y S + C

But because the resources and the population arelimited, there will be an equillibrium in the numberand size of these institutions, so we have:

KXC = No Of Colleges Run By Community X/Total

KyYC = No Of Colleges Run By Community Y/Total

KXS = No Of Schools Run By Community X/Total

    KYS

= No Of Colleges Run By Community Y/Total

    Equillibrium ConstantK

We define Equillibrium Constant K as:

    K = [KXC

    ] *[KXS

    ] *[KYC

    ]* [KXS

    ]/ [KX

    ] [KY

    ]

Where [KX ] and [KY ] Represents the % of Community X ,Y

    respectively in the society

K represents the empowerment of communities with respect to

    Educational Enterprises

It indicates the level of relative

    empowerment/activism of individual

    communities

    Alternatively It Indicates the Relative

    Levels Of Developmental Barriers

    Between Communities.
