    THEO SAMPLEX (Compilation)

    1) The assumption is that the sexual behaviour of homosexual persons isalways and totally compulsive is considered by the Church as anunfounded and demeaning assumption. Why? Explain riefly.

It is an unfounded and demeaning assumption because it is thefundamental freedom and dignity of persons that matter as humans made in the

image and likeness of God. Homosexuals have a choice to choose the genderthat will help them achieve Gods higher purpose for man and woman. Byclaiming that sexual behavior for homosexuals is compulsive demeans orlessens the dignity and freedom given to us by God.

0eclaration of nullity is only for the %atholic %hurch. Generally1 themarriage of a man and a woman is a lifetime vow. 2or the %hurch1 the only causefor the termination of marriage are death and nullity through the !etrine and!auline privileges. )lso1 even if the marriage is annulled1 the existence of such

")nnulment of (arriage can only be availed of in the civil courts. In the!hilippines1 there are six grounds for annulment. +nce a marriage is annulled1the marriage is considered void from the beginning 4as if there was no union atall'. )nd the spouses may remarry.

In civil annulments1 3udges1 prosecutors1 etc. are involved in the process5
